Feels like it wants to be more classy than it really is. Went as a group and most ordered steak. Every single one under cooked and not by a little. Enough so to send them back to get properly done. Ceasar salad, disgusting. Service was good, very friendly staff. Overall, Dont waste your money here.

I loved the food very tasty. I only gave service 4 stars because our waiter was the bartender as well as being the waiter. He had quite a large group of people at the bar so our table suffered because of that. Would I go back? No, because the prices didn't fit the food, no house salad and bread, and service as a whole.

I really loved the Ripon social burger with the bacon jam. It was the best burger i've had in a long time. It was changed to the Ripon melt with the same bun and meat patty but it was very different. While it was a good burger but the previous burger was waaaaaaay better. Bring back the Ripon Social burger with the bacon jam!!!! I would have this every week and now it will be only occasionally, if that. Also for the price, the fries could be seasoned up some. The service is great and the people are wonderful but that burger made me come back........now it's gone.

We visited last week and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes waiting to be greeted or seated, but no one acknowledged us. Two waitresses were serving other tables, made eye contact multiple times, yet never said a word or let us know someone would be with us shortly. It felt really disrespectful. I don’t plan on returning—there are definitely other spots in the same plaza with much better customer service.
A little disappointing when you pay 18 for a glass of wine and you see a box of $11 dollars wine in the kitchen... at least hide the cheap wine. Hahaha
