The ordering process in the drive thru is impossible. Its an automated system that said “hello what would you like to order?” Then I went to say my order it said “please wait while I get you a team member” sat there for a minute, said hello a few times, nothing so I pulled around and had to go inside. I go inside to tell them my order, more computers. So i go to order on the screen and all the employees are just staring at me. No one greeted me, nothing. Whole process was a pain. I wish fast food wasnt glitchy computers and annoying AI.

Was wondering if i was at McDonald's this is not the second week in a row where we come in at night after practice with the kids and they say the ice cream machine is being cleaned and when though we ordered before 10 they cannot give us our ice cream, I just wasn't aware you can only buy ice cream during the day. Very poor service in my opinion

Best one ever ,havent been to bk in Soo long ,My food was hot 2 days in a row ,fresh ingredients.This one sets the standard .I'm impressed.👍Had the breakfast sandwich one day and the 2 for 6 the next day .

Love the bk broilers it's just a double burger with bacon and chipotle sauce but omg it's addicting especially with onion rings and a strawberry shake yuummmmmmm
Its a good place to get food, but be advised the drive thru uses AI instead of a human. The AI is possibly dumber than the actual workers.

The service here is the worst. First time I have been to this location but the entire ordering system is automated. We tried ordering through the drive thru first and got annoyed with the computer so we decided to try inside where we were meet with another computer, this system was just as bad if not worse than the drive thru. Both were so bad we left and went to McDonalds. I won’t be coming here again!

They updated the location and now all the ordering is automated. I tried the drive thru first which didn't work well so I went inside and tried ordering which also did not work well at all. I got so frustrated that I ended up leaving and going to McDonald's down the road.
All automated.. even the drive thru. Use walk in inside restaurants.. also automated, finally got live person to help. Order was wrong. Order 2 whooper Jr's 1 with chz 1 w/o. Both were wrong. The workers barely said a singe word to any customer

Quiet and clean. Best Burger King around! I have a Burger King in my town in Salida and it’s disgusting but, but this one is awesome. Our food came out fast. I’ve eaten at the Ripon ones several times this is the first time I’ve eaten inside. My husband and I thought it was a little nostalgic because Burger King used to be the business and they are bringing it back. Maybe not all of them but definitely doing it right! We go out of our way to come to this BK! So good! That old school char broiled taste no where but here !
