What happened - half the items on the menu are not available and when the item is ordered the quality, quantity and taste along with the service is no longer what it used to be. I'll do it by the 3 categories I can star.Food: For the price, the main meals were really good, I got the Salida Burger and it was made to perfection. Don't even get me started on the cheesecake, trust me you'll get addicted that's how good it was.Service: For the amount of people we brought in (11 people) the service was pretty fast and smoothAtmosphere: I think this place has a more chill and cozy vibe where you can just walk in and expect a good time with friends and family, though it was pretty cold inside

Amazing food and atmosphere. I had the New York Steak with Broccolini, mashed potatoes, and truffle sauce it was incredible.My wife Nikki had the Steak Salad and it was incredible as well. We had a wonderful time and super glad we picked Canal Street Grill to be our last dinner in the USA before embarking on our trip to Mexico.Thanks for sending us off with killer flavors and fulls stomachs without breaking the bank. We drove all the way from Oakdale to have dinner and the dining room was closed. So we waited for over 5 minutes at the hostess station to try to be seated in the the bar. Two waitresses walked past us multiple times. No one even spoke to us or said anything. The bartender waved at us and then finally about another 5 minutes later, a very rude waitress says ‘Your name on the list?’ That’s it! No, hello. No, good evening. Nothing. I tell her no, and she says ‘name?????’ I tell her my name and she says ‘30 minutes’. That’s it. No other communication. I tell her that we’re just gonna go and she’s like ‘okay’. So we left. And we won’t go back. Awful, awful customer service. So disappointing!

Great food and drinks. We sat at the bar where the bartender was very attentive and helped us try new things! He was great. The conversations with the locals at the bar made it even better.
I don't know what happen to this place, went three years ago, and it was a nice romantic restaurant with nice booths, good service etc. Now it looks like a bingo hall and bar with cafeteria tables. Stood at host stand for ten minutes never acknowledged us at all. Cya done with that place.

Ordered Prime Rib. Medium, it was red and full of fat and extremely under flavored. My guest Ordered Steak medium well. Same as my prime rib. Over priced and under flavored is my opinion. Wont be returning there for food again. Maybe a cocktail but thats it.
