I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at your establishment. I placed an order for an omelette with extra bacon and specifically requested no cheese due to a dairy allergy. Unfortunately, cheese was included in the order, and I was unable to eat my meal, causing me to miss lunch during my 9–5 shift.

Service is terrible. Been here 3 times and have walked out twice after waiting 45 minutes and the waitress never even came over to take our order. Gave them 2 chances and we are done. We will never step foot back in here again.
They took 3 other tables that came in after us orders and we never even got a hello frok our waitress
had a very basic breakfast, but everything was cooked perfectly. fried eggs with crispy edges, hot link butterflied with a little burn... perfect. service was great. quick waitress very pleasant. we'll definitely be back. glad we found it😉
