I have had the same experience as some others who have rated here in that, I have had my choice of drink actually challenged by your staff🤯WTH?!? I will order whatever the heck I want, whenever the heck I want. I will pay for the drink and you will make the drink and serve it to me. That is what your job duties entail. Your duties (obviously) do not include your personal commentary about anything involving the customer's decisions🤯Better training of your staff is needed. I am a daily customer of Dutch Bros because of their great customer service, so yeah this floored me

Didnt even get to order. 530pm on a weeknight drive through empty pull up to order, nothing. Hmm, maybe i need to be at the one closer to the window... pull over there.. i can see employees still nothing. Figure they dont need my business and left. A lil exhaust rev on the way out about made the employee sitting on the window ledge at the drive up window talking to her coworkers about pee herself so at least i got a laugh
