I recently dined at Falcon Lair and had a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant's decor was impressive, and the service was quick and efficient. The food was of good quality, and I would consider returning. However, the price of the dishes was a bit higher, which could be a drawback for some customers. Overall, I would give Falcon Lair a rating of 4 out of 5 for its great decor, quick service, and good quality food.

Very nice place, very nice food. Times are tough as it is economically, taking a family out for a steak dinner is $160 - $260 and this place was a nice atmosphere. When the bill came to the minimum tip suggestion was 20%, the recommended (top of the list) tip suggestion was 25%, and there was a 30% recommendation. When did we get here? Tipping 25% on a $250 meal is $75, is this really an expectation? It was upsetting to see this. How refreshing would it be to see an establishment say “please we understand the current economic times, please keep your tip at 15%.” That is still $37.50 on a $250 ticket, that is $18.75 on a $125 standard ticket. I genuinely hope they remove those egregious tip suggestions, we will be back in two weeks. It’s distasteful at minimum.

So great that I’m leaving a review before I even leave the restaurant. Our waitress is super nice, super observant, very on top of everything. She made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. We waited maybe 2 minutes tops before she came over to greet us and see if we knew what we wanted to drink. Great recommendations from her for both food and drinks. This bill will be expensive but it will be well worth it. The steak melted in our mouths, the breadsticks were mouthwatering, and the drinks were well mixed. If I had more money, I would come here every day for dinner.

Wow! Customer service was not up to par and DO NOT EVER order a charcuterie board for take out. It looked as if it was thrown in the box, and their attitude reflected that. There was no presentation, it looked extremely messy, and this was for a business meeting! I was so embarrassed. I also waited twice as long as I was told. I really wanted to try this restaurant out for myself with my family but no longer have the desire.
