The mexican woman that works here at night covered in tattoos has the WORST attitude of anyone Ive ever encountered in customer service. Plus cant do her job correctly, asked for 2 Jack wraps she gave me 2 tacos. Wasted money on something I didn’t ask for and didn’t even get decent customer service.

Drive thru experience. The display screen is completely torched by the sun, making it very difficult to see the display. The speaker is downed out by the traffic noise. It was very frustrating for me and the employees since I could not hear them, and they had to repeat themselves.

Overall, this Jack in the Box is ok. I honestly do not know if one of the drive thru employees that was working today was new or not, but it did disappoint me when I asked if my vanilla sweet cream coffee was vanilla flavored and she replied with “it’s just a regular coffee” (I knew it was not the vanilla coffee that I paid for)- which I then went inside and had the coffee remade The food here is always good, but training needs to be improved on.

I thank the girl in drive thru with the glasses, so sweet. I ordered a garden salad with them, one of my favorite things to order. Not so much any more tho. I found a long straight light brown hair in my salad, which you can see in my picture is very much not mine. The girl with glasses helped remedy the issue in a very timely manner and absolutely appreciated her response. Just wanted to put out a warning everyone, make sure to order your salads without hair.
