I can't believe these people are going to or are already make $20/hr.I ordered a #4 (Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger) and ended up with a chicken sandwich with some kind of sauce on it and the bun. I ordered a large, so at least they got the curly fries and the coke right surprisingly. I haven't gone to Jack in the Box in 2 years, and I won't be returning

This is by far the best Jack in the Box we have ever been to. Our jumbo jacks were so good they were fresh and perfect. The tomato and lettuce were prefect, the fries were hot and fresh and not salty and our tacos were perfection. On top of that they actually got our order right. They were nice and friendly and they were hands down the true example of customer service. Exemplary work to the night crew on Thursday April 18th going into Friday April 19th, 2024 at 11:50p. You all made our experience a perfect one. Thank you! ❤️

Horrible food and service. I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and they made it with three small patties. Not the original 2 big patties. I was already home and didn't want to waste gas so I just delt with it. I ordered three egg rolls, 2 were cooked good, the 3rd one tasted like plastic and was soggy like it has been sitting for a while. The service was also not well. When I was asked what to drink, I ordered a Coke with light ice and when I pulled up the cup had half ice and tasted like Sprite. I was also never asked what kind of sauce I needed or if I wanted Curly fries over regular fried. I don't recommend eating here unless you are really hungry and make sure to check your food. They should make sure to teach there employees better service if they are going to be making $20 an hour this year.

This place is never open at night. Even if I call to make sure they are open, when I get there they say they are only accepting door dash or mobile order. I’ll try to make a mobile order but it will not work. IF YOU SAY YOUR 24 HOURS BE 24 HOURS!!Plus Their customer service is terrible. And to think they want 20 a hour??

I have stopped at this location more than a dozen times on my way to work only to be told we are only taking orders on doordash.How can you advertise open 24x7 and not allow customers to purchase items in the drive-through?The time frame that I have stopped and found this restaurant not to be serving the drive-through is anytime between midnight and 7AM.At a very minimum turn off the drive-through, place cones up, and a big red sign, we are not open at the drive-through.Terrible for customer relations. I wonder how many other people have had the same issue and never bothered to write a review. I've noted other reviews with the same issue, not open during the night.I can't believe I have to write this so others can see it however I think it's only fair to warn others, that the chances of this location taking your food order between the hours of midnight and 7AM are slim to none.Sorry that I have to write this however being honest.
