Really happy we finished our business early, as the Roadhouse had not yet opened. They were just putting out the open sign at 11, so we went in. Fast friendly service and great food! Watch out for the salsa, it has a little bite. LOL Guacamole is outstanding as well. You also get a bowl of re-fried beans with your chips! Will be back next month for sure!

Love their food. My go to every time. Best meatball & chicken soups! Las casuelas never disappoints. Great food & service. Takeout is great as well.

Their customer service was really bad. I ordered veggie burrito and it has a meat in it. I ask server is this meat. He didn’t said anything, he looked at it and made a bad face towards me and said talk to manager. This was the worst experience ever.I believe they were being racist. I will never go back to that place in Ripon.

Customer service was horrible . As soon as we walked in, no one was no where to be found and we had to seat ourselves . Then the short older guy comes up and greets us rudely. No smile or anything. We continue on with our lunch date, then ask if I could get something else instead and asks why, what's a matter and continues being rude just stared when he walks by looking so unhappy. Made me feel so uncomfortable and not want to come again.

Friendly staff. The manager is most welcoming, really knows how to run the place (the place was packed for lunch with quite a few groups dining together. Was able to observe how he managed this. A real professional). Good food. Good drinks. Reason prices.

Great place to eat good Mexican food. Liked their salsa and beans. Salsa was in a right consistency and spice level matched our taste buds. Jeffrin was amazing and served us well.

We've been coming to this location for years. The service and food has been getting progressively worse. For literally a couple years now, they've been unable to melt cheese. Don't even try to order a cheese enchilada. I'd put money on it coming to you full of cold, shredded cheese in the middle. It's honestly quite amazing that they can serve you a hot plate full of hot beans and rice, with an enchilada covered in hot red enchilada sauce and it will still contain perfectly unmelted cheese. By now I've learned my lesson not to even eat the food. I just order my favorite las casuelas bowl cocktail. Even that is hit or miss on quality. Today my friend and I ordered it and it came to us lacking serious flavor. It was quite apparent that the squirt soda they use was out of syrup and it was just carbonated water. We alerted our server after one sip and she seemed instantly annoyed and said "let me go check on that". First of all, the proper protocol for a situation like that would be to say, "oh, I'm sorry, let me go get you some new drinks" and remove the bad drinks. But no. A good amount of time went by and eventually the bartender came over to our table asking what was wrong with them. It almost seems as if the server had told her we said she made it wrong, which wasn't the case at all. We said from the beginning that the syrup in the squirt was out. She seemed to understand and said she would make new drinks. We waited another long while before the drinks came out. They still weren't the same, but much better and the squirt issue had been resolved. My daughter ordered the rice and beans and said they weren't as good as they used to be. My friend ordered flour tortilla chips (which they charged us $7 for-ridiculous) and they were okay. We left and almost immediately my friend and I felt super nauseated. I've never felt this bad after this drink and that's literally all I had. I didn't eat a single chip or anything, so it had to be the drink. Besides feeling like trash after paying a fortune for sub-standard food and drinks, the service here has become abysmal. To have it be a 20 min ordeal and a full scale investigation into why the cocktails were wrong when we clearly said the syrup was out in the soda from the beginning, was ridiculous. We'd taken a single sip out of the drink before alerting our server to the issue and she acted as though we'd finished it before complaining. This place isn't worth it anymore. Take your money elsewhere.

Shame on the cooks for making such flavorless Mexican Food. Chilaquilles are not made with Jack cheese, and no flavor in the sauce. It was so bad I couldn't even finish my order. This was the second and believe me the last time. You've been warned if you're considering eating at this non authentic Mexican food. nothing at all flavorful or authentic. No stars here.

I normally go across the street but figured I would try las casuelas. I ordered two tacos (truck style) and they were not what I expected. They only put 1 tortilla per taco and charge almost $5 per taco. I think I’ll stick with going across the street.
