Primos Restaurant and Tequila Bar

Our first time dining here and definitely will go back. I had the fried burrito and I could only eat half. Very good and loved the mix of the rice and black beans. I chose carne asada and the green sauce. My husband had the grande burrito and its huge!!! But he ate it all. Great atmosphere, excellent bar, I had the blackberry margarita and a 5 star on that.

We had such a great dinner at Primos in Ripon! The burrito momia was loaded with flavor, the tacos mixtos were super tasty (recommend by our server), and the lettuce wraps were a nice fresh surprise. We couldn’t resist finishing with churros and fried ice cream — both were amazing!

The place has a really friendly vibe, and the staff made us feel right at home. Everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Definitely one of our new favorite spots in Ripon — we’ll be back for sure!

Went at dinner, midweek, and loved the server, the food and the atmosphere!!! Delicious and I thought the meal sizes were appropriate. Can't wait to go back!

This is the second time that my wife and I have gone to Primos. We love Primos and will definitely continue to go back. We don’t live in Ripon, but we go to church there and are often looking for a place to catch up by after church on Sundays.

The food was excellent, and I appreciated the fact that the staff seem to check on us with regularity. The interior of the restaurant felt a little sterile, maybe I expected some more pictures or something on the walls. But all in all it was a very enjoyable experience!

Primo’s is our go-to spot for date night. The food is always excellent, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. The owner’s wife is especially kind and attentive — she always makes us feel like valued guests.

Everything on the menu is thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. It’s a place we look forward to going back to again and again. A real gem in Ripon.

Won’t be back. Owner’s wife was so rude to us. Not only did she act like our group of 10 who came in at 3pm and spent over $100 when the restaurant was empty was a burden, she told us to our face that we were. Clearly isn’t interested in caring for her customers. We will gladly spend our money at any other restaurant in town. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I was shocked that someone in OWNERSHIP would have no care for the customer.

Found this on Yelp looking for best bite near me and located this gem. The food was wonderful. The chips and black bean dip were phenomenal and I loved my Old Fashion served with Tequila. I'm only sorry that this restaurant is so far away from home. Gonna have to make an excuse to head back for another meal.
