Cute historic building and atmosphere. The food was decent but the service was lacking. Many servers and ours seemed distracted by them and inattentive. We ordered the potato skins that were good but a little dry. I ordered the chicken ranch sandwich that was good but my husband was not in love with the French dip aka chunky dunk. We were passing through but maybe be willing to try this place again.
Took my mother to the Ripon Road House last week. She had to bring her dog. RRH had no problem letting us sit outside in their courtyard. Bartender was our server and one outstanding person. Very friendly and took care of us quite well. Food is delicious. Meatballs are huge and flavorful. Step Dad had the meatloaf sandwich. He didn't speak once and ate the whole thing. If that's not a good meatloaf sandwich, then there might be a problem. Will be making a return trip,...
Great place! We go there often after my grandsons baseball games. Great service, excellent food and atmosphere. Only wish they were open past 8 pm during the summer. Some of our baseball games ended closer to 8 pm so unfortunately we had to choose another restaurant.
