Very disappointed got custom vegan cake for my nephews birthday they spelled the name wrong smh and didn’t write 6th birthday which I specifically told them plus they didn’t want to fix the issue the cake was very poorly made n decorated poorly and mediocre the charge was over the head almost 300$ for a cake that no one enjoyed and the person doesn’t Evan reply or respond please don’t waist your money here also they don’t deserve Evan one star it’s like trash

I love everything of this cute little place!! The guy on Ripon Store is so incredible, he understood and provided a great experience for me and my mom when we visited the store!

The cupcakes are really good. The customer service is another story. I’ve been here a couple of times. In the past there have been no problems asking them to do a cupcake with whipped cream, but the last few times the guy helping, has just refused saying they ran out of whipped cream. I didn’t know they sell the dozen for $46 and have been buying 8 or 9 every time I go that comes up more than $46. Last time I was there I realized that I could’ve have gotten the dozen for less just right after I swiped my card. I asked the man helping, and he said “yeah”. I asked if I could get the rest of them since I paid more than 46 and he refused, saying it would be a different transaction and he could not do it. It left a bitter taste after that interaction.

So delicious! I’d give 10 stars if I could. The only problem was that all I wanted was one but the flavors looked so good that I couldn’t decide so I ended up with a dozen? The owner Ben was super nice and helpful in helping me decide which I wanted!

I'm not a cupcake lover, but, the first time I tried Smallcakes cupcakes I fell in love with the sweetness of the cupcake & the frosting. My favorite is the ube flavor & red velvet.
