I usually enjoy this Sonic but as of late it’s become an absolute hell hole to go to. You go to order 45mins to an hour and a half early and they’ll pre-close the grill which (they are NOT supposed to do per their own stores policy). Customer service more times than not is rude but they have their good workers. Managers are awful & does not fix wrong doings either with food orders etc if something is amiss. Save yourself time and money & spend it somewhere worth it like a sit down restaurant or the exceptional Taco Bell next door. I drove away.

I ate here about a month or so ago. I ordered a burger, my wife ordered a chicken sandwich. The lettuce on the sandwiches we ordered was rancid, had gone bad, ended up having to throw away our entire order. I tried to get my money back by contacting corporate but never got a callback from the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend eating from an establishment that sells spoiled food.

Wouldn't know what the food is like, and I have no clue how this poorly ran place stays in business. The wait times are ridiculous and more cars leave than actually get their food, perhaps they need to learn customer service or just go out of business already.

Just set in the drive thru for 10 minutes, 5 cars in the carhop area and nobody in front of me 1118 to 1128 . It's a shame that nobody can handle the window, I'm a Sonic guy. It's one thing if it's busy to wait but that's ridiculous.

I live in the local area and it's sad that 2 separate times within the last month the manger has jumped down my throat tonight I have been waiting over 30 mins for my food that's not the issue i understand they r usually busy the issue was I pressed the red button in stall #2 since I have ordered ahead on the mobile app I can select what stall usually in all the other stalls that I have used over the years when u check-in on the app it says welcome and it says where it was on the app so all I wanted to do was see if I am actually checked in because onenits been 30 mins over my expected time so I wanted to make sure I was checked in but no got yelled at we r really busy we got your 4 burgers sorry and she didn't let me finish my words. Honestly never been so disrespected by a fast food manager before like jeez sorry
Honestly I love this sonic, have been going to this location since I was a child. However sometimes the service is less than desirable and the food quality is spotty The other evening when I only had one car in front of me (in the drive thru and the lot was mostly empty) I had a 20 minutes wait for a single item Most of the time though it's the customer service and the food is great
Sonic. What can I say, standard fast food fair. Used to be higher quality, but less so lately. Drinks weren't mixed quite right. All were bitter and lacking sweetness. The queso wraps were lacking in chicken and were kinda dry. Everything else though, was tasty. Can't go wrong with chili cheese conies.
I love sonic food and this drive-in is always on point juicy delicious hamburgers, and really creamy Mouthgasm Shakes… And of course, can’t forget the sonic ice… This Truck Driver stops at sonic routinely to get the ice
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s absolutely wheelchair assessability… So you can just roll right up and sit right down

Stopped by for breakfast just now, and the food and drinks were excellent (particularly the oreo shake), and the lady running the food was super lovely, and very apologetic for a short wait. Thank you!
