Service and a great and staff are wonderful, when you can hear what they are says my over the incredibly loud music, please for the love of all things good and decent, turn the music down so we can hear each other and complete our orders

This Starbucks drive thru notoriously has the longest wait. I’ve given them a few chances and it’s never any better. AVOID stopping here if you don’t want to waste an enormous amount of time. We sat there barely inching forward, and the worker at the window took forever to take each customers payment. To make matters worse, she handed us the wrong food from another order, and then she gave us wrong drinks meant for another customer. The worker we had obviously needs much more training. Her attention was serious lacking. Of all the locations I have visited, this was the worst as far as efficiency goes. People were leaving the drive thru line due to the insane wait.

There wasn’t a line when I arrived yet it took 40 minutes to make my drink. Everyone was confused why the drive thru had no wait but people inside waiting 30+ minutes some left with no drink

Limited menu, out of most things I would have preferred to eat, no indoor seating, outdoor seating was dirty and next to a gas station, so it smelled fumey.

Helpful employees, coffees, and drinks were well made to be consistent with other Starbucks.

We only came in to get drinks and headed on our way. It's an excellent stop as it's extremely easy to get to and onto the highway. One of the benefits of this location!

As of 1/7/2025, the bathroom door does not lock. So, if you're by yourself, make sure an employee knows. We just had someone block the door for us when someone was using it. We visited on 1/7/2025, and there are no tables and seating. We didn't need seating, but if you are looking for a place for seating, this location may steer you away.

Overall, a great location for those on-the-go as it's right off the highway.
