I usually don't write reviews on Starbucks because I go to so many . I was driving to Seattle stopped really quick to order some breakfast around 9 AM . Yesterday. The Young lady at the front counter had amazing customer service . Ordered my food ran to the restroom and on my way out after grabbing my wrap she looks up and says have a great day And called me by my name. That is unheard of anymore that someone could be that polite and remember someone's name with one Meet. Shout out to that girl.

Had a horrible experience today on my way to work right now that I had to call the manager and express how horrible it was. I went through the drive through and spent almost $17 for my order just to get my snacks for my long day and nothing was right with my order for one, then the drive through barista with long dark hair that was on the drive thru window at 11:30, was very abrupt, rude, didn't smile, didn't say hello, nothing, handed me one drink and too small of a straw for my Venti cup and said we're out of large straws have a good day! And the window slammed shut! I was like well F*** you too! But I ordered more stuff, I tried to get her attention nothing and then she shoves the rest of my stuff at me like get the hell out of here and no manners. My apples in my cheese and fruit box brown, my frappe looks like I have poo on top and hardly any extra caramel which I normally pay for extra, my water extra ice has no extra ice, my croissant cold and dry, then for her too be so rude to me and ungrateful to be working for a decent company just pissed me off. Horrible service, horrible customer service, it really set the tone for my long day and I will have to try a different Starbucks or choose Peet's coffee instead! I will not be back to that location, and honestly the manager should have offered me a refund when I called and complained right now!

This Starbucks in Ripon off main street exit is my least favorite Starbucks. They are really slow sometimes and they are to busy talking to each other. The parking situation is terrible.
This is a terrible location to stop at in the morning. The manager, Jesse, should not be in management. She does not know what good customer service is and acts as if she pays for the ingredients herself. I ordered a drink with no ice and got a venti cup less than half way full. I asked for more oatmilk and was told that's how much the cup should be filled without ice and if I wanted it full I should order another drink or add the ice. The staff is usually much better when she is not around.

Since when doesnt starbuck have garbage cans? I tried to get rid of a cup I had and the drive trough lady told me they couldnt take it and throw it away? So I asked if they had gabage cans and they said the gas station did....
Asked for a Venti mango dragon fruit with light ice and got a venti with more than half of it filled with ice

The staff at this Stbx is amazing! After a long trip, I stopped to literally only use their restroom since the gas station across the way was 5 ppl deep. They couldn't have been happier to see and welcome me. They took my order, set up my app on my phone, and made my order to perfection. Will definitely be stopping at this one again every time I go through this area! It's on favorites now.
