I walked in at 12:15p, there wasn’t a car in the parking lot or a customer inside. I was told it would be a minute from the back. (No big deal) a supposed shift manager or lead manager came out, needless to say she wasn’t happy they had one customer apparently. I ordered a sandwich from their menu (trying to make it easy since I was inconveniencing her) she was literally throwing vegetables on my sandwich. Then rudely as I was asking how to enter my info for points, she yells to the only other employee in there to take a break. Yes, at 12:15 when they should probably be the busiest. The bread was ripped in half on the top piece, and what tasted like ceasar dressing was used but the menu stated Ranch. Perhaps that’s why at a busy lunch time they didn’t have any customers. Worst customer service, and the sandwich was disgusting. I won’t be back to this location.

Will not be back! We ordered online and used a promo code that was accepted and I paid online. Once I got to the store to pick my order up I was informed in a very rude way that they don't accept promo codes there and my order was canceled. The money was already taken out of my bank and it took 3 days to get it back. Shame on you, Ripon Subway! Do better!

They say they cancel your mobile orders if you use a deal but lo and behold they also keep your money. Completely fraudulent store. Needs new employees that don’t steal

me and my friend ordered online, using a BOGO deal, took the worker 15 minutes to tell me they cancelled my order but not my friend's order. They forgot to cancel my friends order and gave someone else the food and charged us for it. Called the place 12 times today and they will never pick up the phone. Watched the worker ignoring me calling from outside 10 times, then they would just answer the phone but not say anything and walk away so they didn't have to hear it ring.... Horrible workers and horrible communication.
