Their sign & website say they close at 9:00pm. I pulled up at 8:15 & they turned the lights off, locked up & left. Went to the one on JackTone Rd & they were open. The girl was very sweet & apologized saying the Main St. store had been closing at 8:00pm for almost a year but corporate has yet to change the info! I'll only go to JackTone now no matter what the hour.

This place NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! It's so aggravating! They also load the sandwich up with so much Mayo and mustard it's like eating a wet sandwich!!

Such a disgrace to the Ripon community. Never friendly when you walk in, hardly have any ingredients you want. Sandwiches are always sloppy or incorrect. Also they never pick up their phone.

I come in here for my lunch constantly , they are always so welcoming and nice , after just a few visits the manager remembers me and always makes sure whoever is making the sandwich does it right ! They are super clean and fast in service . It's nice to have such great customer service these days ! Truly rare to find ! Thank you so much for the bomb sandwiches and amazing service , very much appreciated!

Refused service because they close at 8 but we were there at 7:45 and the sign on the door and Google both day they close at 9!

2nd time they did this to me, i ordered double bacon and they didn't put any bacon on my sandwich i thought it was just a mistake but NOPE it happened again. WTH

I like this place, close by my work place, great customer service, great location BUT.... they ALWAYS seem to forget my damn bacon on their series #3. I always double on meats to the deluxe. I thought to myself okay one time mistake I won't say anything but now that's 2 times they did that and that's not cool. I order online and walk in all the time. I wished they would slow down and read orders correctly and make it RIGHT. So disappointed, I really wanted bacons....

The service I was given was amazing five stars
