If ever you go to subway DO NOT go to the subway in Ripon Jack Tone (1402B). I went to ask for napkins and he said no. I told him I would pay for them. Still said no go to Starbucks. Very rude, very racist. The customer that was also at subway was kind enough to bring some to me, he heard the way the employee was talking to me. I can't believe how hateful people can be.

Place is a joke owner is a joke. No one even goes here. I don't even know how they're still open they need to shut down owner was just a jerk doesn't honor any of the coupons in app stuff he voided my order. None of the gradients are fresh over there place is very small inside.

She was friendly, however referred to condiments as sauces which I denied and ended up with a dry sandwich no mayo or mustard. I had to go back because she forgot the Avocado. $18 bucks for a sandwich. Subways isn't worth their prices anymore.

I have never experienced racism at any facility or place to this degree. I was on my way to an appt with my family. As I walked in with my friend and children for a pit stop, my children went to sit down with my friend and the gentleman told my friend not to sit or move the chair. There was no one there.Then when I was ordering kids meals he told me “ we don’t do kids meals no toys available” I stated that is ok than if I can have a 6 inch combo and divide it in two. I told him I’m getting chips he than said “oh you can’t not have chips with a kids combo” and I told him it’s a six inch in two. He than put the two halves together and than said “it’s longer than 6” his attitude was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I told him you know what sir I’m not getting anything because you are being extremely rude. He than stated “ good leave, didn’t want to serve you people” How can someone be so rude? And I explained that it was not ok to tell my friend not to sit was wrong. He didn’t care. Right after, another customer walked in and stated the same thing happened to them and they left.

Placed an order online at 7:45pm. Drove over to pick it up and they were CLOOOOOSED!!!! Hard to support local business when they're not even consistent with their hours. Oh and they charged me for my order. I had to call them to get reimbursed.

We pulled in at 8:09 pm to grab a sandwich. Both online and posted on the door shows their hours to be open until 9 pm. Well.... we walked in the door and the guy said they were CLOSED. wait?, What?? Apparently he didn't want the business.

Will never go here. Walked in ready to buy two footlongs, chips and drinks with the coupon I received in the mail. Guess what, they don't take coupons!! Wth! Why does the franchise even bother sending them to our Ripon neighborhoods if neither of the local businesses accept them?? So cheap, they'd rather get ZERO business than accept the franchise coupons for a few dollars off ‍‍‍ I'm happy to take my business elsewhere!

Both Ripon locations don't accept Subway coupons!! Otherwise great service at the one on Main st. Colony location has a small sign , very small !! Didn't see one on Main , after I ordered they said the owner doesn't accept coupons !!!!

Zero Star for this business. Very cheaply and miserly run Subway. Owner makes up stories of Subways' policies that are not true, and also never participates in any regional Subway promotions. Truly a disgrace of a Subway franchise!

Another one of the Valley Subways that won't accept the coupons that are sent out in the local mail. BOYCOTT ALL SUBWAYS THAT WON'T HONOR THE LOCAL COUPONS! Put them OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
