This place continues to disappoint I have order through Uber eats twice now in the last two weeks and both times my order was wrong and poor quality the food always taste like it is old and stale I am convinced they do not even look at how you would like your sandwich made if this store is inconvenienced by offering a delivery service such as Uber eats maybe they should not offer it if your looking for a recommendation on where to eat stay clear of this place and save your money maybe go to save mart across the street and get quality food

I have been eating at this Togo's for quite a few years and even worked at this location. I have been disappointed the last few times I have come but did not feel the need to be vocal about it until today. I normally order a meatball with no cheese and typically get told they're out of meatballs or sauce regardless of what time I come in. Typically the service is not too bad but today I am truly appauled by AnaMaria. She not only speaks to customers with blatant attitude but her coworkers as well, telling her coworkers to not come at her sideways and making a huge scene about who messed up the sandwich as if it matters who fixes the mistake. She is so disrespectful in all aspects of her performance at work. Very unprofessional and the fellow worker she was speaking to was speechless. As someone who has worked in food service I'm disgusted by the treatment in this location.

I honestly can't believe this place is still in business. I love Togo's but this is the worst one I've ever been to. The people that work here could not care any less about quality and customer service. The roast beef which needs to be cut the correct way on a slicer was obviously cut by hand and not in the correct orientation to the grain, so it was inconsistently thick and so tough it was inedible. The customer service is terrible - they treat you like you are an imposition to them - not a customer helping to pay their wages. If Togo's cares at all about their brand they will pull this franchise and close the doors.
