Great food always taste the same. But we do notice their portions seem a lot smaller and prices have increased. The quality of service is great be advised parking is limited. I suggest ordering in advance for a pickup.

Whole order is literally just rice learn not to be stingy with your food and learn to give actual portions it’s not that hard

I'd never experienced racism before, but at Chipotle Mexican Grill, this young man served me very rudely, and he didn't serve a white couple that way. How sad that they've been like this since they were so young. They discriminate and racist toward Latinos. I'm not going back.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This chipotle cannot get an order correct. It’s not rocket science to read an order off of a piece of paper but for these staff members it seems like they never passed the 4th grade. Every time I order here it’s wrong. Now with the new chimichuri that I ordered, they just flat out didn’t include it in my order. Don’t order from these jokers that can’t read or follow directions

I was trying to enjoy my food outside when a supervisor was talking down to another employee about his job. The supervisor was a young girl with braces, dark hair, nose piercing and a snake tattoo on her arm.

As someone who is in upper management the way she was speaking to this young man upset me. She is a terrible leader and if I was in his position I would have quit. Not to mention she was demeaning him Infront of customers.

Chipotle stop putting people in power who don’t know how to lead.

Worse service ever!!!! Also ordered a steak burrito like I always do and I live 15 minutes away and when I got home and opened it it was half the size of what the burrito normally is . This place is not cheap so I was pretty upset.

Went in last night with friends. Staff was giving minimum service and had long faces the entire time. I don’t usually eat chipotle but after this experience they won’t be getting my money again.

I ordered dinner through the app, and the food was made 17 minutes later than the time promised. And to make matters worse, our order was incomplete once I got home. The worker making the food was extremely slow, and the pick up line was growing. During a busy dinner time, a worker announced that they were out of white rice, and it would take 20 minutes to make. People in line left. This team was not adequately prepared nor was the restaurant clean. The restaurant floor and tables were dirty upon arrival. Overall, this was a negative experience, and we would be foolish to come back to this location. Never again.
