This was the first time I came to this place, I don't know what I was thinking I was thinking more like Mexican food. It reminds me of a Taco Bell. What they charge for is not worth it. I really didn't care for the food. I'd rather go to El Rosal where I can sit in a restaurant and get chips and salsa for about the same price.

Clean and friendly chipotle. The chicken bowl that I had was amazing! The servers were under a lot pressure when they had a huge line on a Thursday night but the food turned out great and I was out the door at a good time.Recommend getting some crispy chicken tacos with rice beans mild salsa and corn topped with cheese!

This was my husband and I first time at Chipotle. Jayden helped us and had exceptional customer service. He showed us how it all worked and was very patient. Jayden had a great attitude and made sure we were happy with our selections. We will definitely be back to the Riverbank location again because the service Jayden provided to us.

When asking for a bowl, I got a quarter of a spoon full and after asking for them not to skimp out on the chicken, they said, "that's a normal amount and if you don't like it then leave." This was also said in front of the store manager and they just simply shrugged their shoulders. After this I just left the store. This was at 12:30 on a Thursday.
I saw an employee touch their dirty phone and then make a burrito. I guess they don’t train their employees here how to properly clean their hands. Disgusting!
