Should be more patient for peope who are disabled and need help ordering because the menu on their instacart isn't correct . Its not the customers fault the mix in selections isn't available on instacart Paying 30.00 each for a triple everybody size 2 containers shouldve just said OK ill add the marshmallows to the ice cream instead its attitude. Literally just wanted marshmallows TO CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM is it really that big of a deal. Had to go to a different location just to have it made correctly because they weren't patient enough to listen.

I went for a large ice cream cake. Grabbed it from the cooler, put it on the counter. Waited 5+ minutes to be cashed out while the worker ignored me completely talking with who appeared to be a friend. I googled the store number. Called the phone and she ignored the call. After the 10min mark I left without the $60 purchase!

As a customer, I believe I have the right tissues whatever flavour that I need for my ice cream cream the manager on June 27 at 11:35 she said no you have to decide only one you cannot mix two flavours Bad attitude, bad CUSTOMER SERVICE bad respect the worst if the owner seen that I’m not doing anything about it that lady over there she is very bad example for CUSTOMER SERVICE and she took the ice cream and she dropped it in the garbage I don’t know if they’re gonna make the owner happy throwing his money in the garbage if he didn’t care that mean they match each other they deserve each other for me. I could find what I want somewhere else.

Stood around for five minutes while one employee helped another customer. The entire time the other employee was doing nothing. He did not acknowledge my presence and say “be with you in a minute” or anything. The girl was busy so I give her a pass but I would fire the guy he should probably works in a morgue with his facial expressions and lack of enthusiasm. Either way fire him asap I left with nothing but wasted time

Never not satisfied. The majority of the staff is very welcoming. Mud Pie Mojo is my favorite, but I prefer it with brownies instead of Oreo cookies.

The ice cream and service is great. The hip hop music with F bomb and disgusting lyrics is not appropriate for family and children. Managers please be advised. Please change the music.

No one acknowledged us when we entered. The lobby was dirty. There was a line and the boys were moving in slow motion. One boy kept flipping his visor and the other kept running his hands through his hair. We left without ordering. This is the second time I have noticed the workers touching their hai while mixing. I noticed someone else has the same complaint. I hope the management will take notice.

The staff was nice but should have acknowledged when someone came inside. Also, the music was so loud, I couldn't hear them when asked a question without repeating.
Just wanna say that to the employees that were working 12/31/22 you guys are excellent ! Even when you guys were busy and the angry Christian man came in sooo Christian like yelling and cussing at you guys for politely asking the homeless person to leave. You employees were very professional and handled it very well.Just wanna say to that “passionate God-like” man, how about instead of taking it out on the cold stone employees, you use that energy at the next riverbank council meeting? Or instead Of handing someone $20 to pay for overpriced ice cream TO MAKE YOURSELF FEEL GOOD, you should’ve bought that woman a hotel room since you were so worried about her being in the rain. Just a thought.

How are you going to refuse service 10 mins before closing got there at 9;50 and guy said they close in 10 mins we can’t make everyone’s ice cream really two mini side side ice creams will take more than 10 mins smh horrible customer service need to get that guy out of there taller guy w glasses high hair top

Ice cream guy couldn’t be bothered to chop up my toppings. And when I got home found 5 black hairs in my ice cream because he’s wasn’t wearing a hair net. Served me a cup of ice cream that was dripping all down the side and couldn’t be bothered to wipe it. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. Don’t go here. Drive the extra miles to one with better service
