The food was horrible. Someone needs to study Gordon Ramsey kitchen nightmares show to find improvement ideas. My bf and I both got sick about 2 hours after dinner. And we only picked at the horrific cold food.

My husband and I went last night for our anniversary and it was amazing. The ribs that my husband got fell right off the bone! The food is amazing, and the service from Jose was above and beyond. We couldn't be more blessed with our first time there, definitely planning to go back in the near future. 10/10

They dont answer call to make orders

Went with family and it had good food and a relaxing atmosphere. My aunt and uncle really loved it.

We sat at the bar at a table that became available. It was a busy day. There was 3 waitresses and the bartender. I had to ask the bartender to clean the table. It took them about 40 min take the dirty dishes off and never came back to wipe the table. By this time, after an hour and 10 min. I had already asked every one of the staff. 4 people had they kept giving us the runaround. Horrible customer service. When we were about to leave, other staff from the front desk offered us a table in another area of the restaurant. A young waiter helped us, he was very kind and attentive. However , the food is below average. They still don’t get a better rating.

Establishment needs cleaning not only surface but deep cleaning.
First the rolls and butter served the butter was rancid, tasted awful. Salad was good then came the main course in which we ordered the outlook ribeye, over 43.00 plate. The baked potatoe was a reheat from previous day...or at least baked until it was brown, no good. Ribeye was ok tough to wear i had as much waste as I ate. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Cost was over 100.00 with soda as beverage. Will not return, save your money. It was a special night for us thats why we chose cool hand Luke's.what a disappointment.

Steaks were either over cooked or under cooked by A LOT. This was a birthday dinner so pretty disappointed by the service. Once the food was cooked correctly we were ready to go so we just took the food to go. Two separate parties left before getting food because of poor service. Manager offered to comp some appetizers and offered a discount which was nice but I would rather had dinner where we could have all gotten our food together

Ok so this place is ultra cute, but has old reno vibes...which i kinda liked. The staff were friendly and they were excited that we were new customers. However, we got the Steakhouse salad and a tri tip sandwich and were not enthused. The salad was ENORMOUS! I could have shared either at least 3 other people and really wasnt all that great, too much of everything. The tip was lacking in sauce and moisture.

I don't have to say the beans thry offer as the starter were delicious. I'd come here just for those!!!!

The food was delicious my favorite was the pot pie soup. My kids loved the garlic steak bites, along with the Sundance shrimp. Our server was awesome, very attentive and friendly made our first experience great. The ambiance is very nice and estheticly fun.

I will not be going back to Cool Hand Lukes They give coupons then dont honor them Went to celebrate a family birthday Spent alot of money They decided to bring out a dessert for the birthday person on their own and then woyuld not honor my 10.00 off coupon even after we bought multiple Entrees They said they were bringing a dessert out for my grand=daughters birthday But then because they brought out a dessert and did not charge us for the dessert was complimentary They would not honor my 10 off coupon... How petty is that .. the manager said no ...But our waiter tried to pay us out of his pocket Maybe a new manager should be hired Terrible custoimer service .. Like I said WE WILL NOT GO BACK !!!!!
