Guilty...friends and I actually wanted to have brunch at Get Toasted and when they told us it was a 45 minute wait, we said hard pass and ended up at Daily Dose next door. Quaint little restaurant located downtown Riverbank. Seemingly newer restaurant, very clean, chill and pretty much empty around 11 AM on a Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised to find similar fun drinks like, Get Toasted, here because really that's the only reason we wanted to go in the first place. You know we had to try all the flights. We got the coffee, espresso martini, and breakfast shot flight. You get to pick your flavors for the coffee and espresso martini flights. Honestly, honestly, they were VERY sweet but they good and so much fun. Personally, I couldn't taste too much alcohol in the martinis, but other people thought they were strong...so that just might say something about me. lol I love breakfast shots! I think the only flavor I didn't care for was the pink colored one. Unsure the flavor but for all I know, it was an emergen-C packet. For food, I went with the half sandwich and salad. The turkey club did what it needed to do, and the ranch was good. Overall, nothing remarkable but for $10.50, I ain't complaining. Service was on the slower side but they definitely overcommunicated that the drinks would take a while. We had all the time in the world, so it was nice to sit, chat and not feel rushed. I would say come here instead of their neighbors - fun drinks, inexpensive, and not jam packed.

I was really excited to try this place.. it was an all around disappointing experience. Everything we asked for was either out or they weren’t restocking because they were planning on being closed for 2 weeks during Christmas. The coffee wasn’t very good, everything was very milky with little flavor. The food was not very good, cold. They didn’t have any breakfast menu for kids. The only sausage they had was for pizzas, bagels came untoasted. The breakfast tacos were a mixture of not great flavors and bad guacamole. Ultimately I was really disappointed for a $65 dollar breakfast.

I went there with some friends and the food was great, drinks were great, and I really enjoyed myself but it had nothing to do with the staff. The two girls behind the counter were definitely not very friendly and made me and my friends feel that our presence was an inconvenience to them. Asking questions about the menu was uncomfortable and i was just disappointed in the service. I'm hoping to have a different experience going back because I love supporting local small business! Willing to try one more time

Our server Jennifer was an absolute pleasure! Started with an amazing welcome and a very warm ambiance! The chicken Caesar was absolutely amazing very tasty and full of delicious flavors!
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the staff as they where amazing or else it would've been a 1 star. As for my order not so much, I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito. After the first bite it was evident this was not breakfast sausage, it was more closely related to Italian sausage. As you can imagine Italian sausage in a breakfast burrito is not the best. I wanted to like this place per the great reviews, unfortunately it did not deliver in my experience.

This places is right next to Toasted. And let me tell you it is 20xs BETTER. Food is amazing along with their coffee and mimosa flights! They actually let you customize your coffee flights with numerous flavors and combinations to choose from! Come here instead of toasted!

I've been dying to try this cute spot and they absolutely did not disappoint. Kaitlin helped us and she seriously went above and beyond for us and we had the best time and ate the best food! They also have a unique drink menu and I couldn't resist ordering more than 1.

Just enjoyed a great fresh chicken salad and Italian Trio sandwich. People of Riverbank, including you too, Crossroads, need to keep this place as a regular go-to in the City of Action. Always greeted with a genuine smile and always spotless. Great variety in the menu and generous portions.Come on downtown!

Really disappointed.I was so excited to try this place. We were the only ones in there when they opened. Food was cold and just not good. All the staff was just standing around on their phones or sitting at the bar. It’s fine, I don’t like when they’re overly attentive but we sat and waited for our check for about 15-20 minutes. I had to get up and ask for it. Not good.
