We absolutley love family dinners, date nights, and big group dinners here at our local El Rosal. Clean restaurant, amazing staff, and the best food in town.

WELL MARISOL THE WAITRESS HAS BECOME VERY RUDE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS AND THEIR NEEDS SO SAD I HAD STOPPED GOING THERE FOR A WHILE BUT DECIDED TO GO LAST NIGHT FOR DINNER MARIA AND EDDIE WERE WONDERFUL ALL THOUGH THE FOOD WAS OK ? THEY WERE VERY BUSY BUT STILL MADE TIME TO SEE IF WE WERE OK OR IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE.

Some of the food was ok, some of the food tasted like it was pulled out of a freezer and microwaved. Our server only did the bare minimum and quickly would walk away before we could ask for anything else. You can get better service at other El Rosal locations.

We had the best experience at our Riverbank El Rosal this week. My husband and one of our friends visited our local restaurant for dinner where we met our amazing server. She was very attentive and gave multiple suggestions for different items on the menu. Although we asked a lot of questions and took a little longer than most people to order, she always delivered a friendly comment and smiled throughout our entire visit. This type of experience has become a rare occurrence and we are so appreciative of this pleasant individual.
Highly recomend the two for 9 Margaritas (excellent flavor options) and of course pretty much anything on the menu and then heading to Galaxy Theater for a movie.
Parking: If, for whatever reason parking is scarce in the El Rosal lot, the galaxy theater lot has never been full tmk. Frankly parking there is probably just a better choice especially if you get the 2 for 9 blended drinks and then see a movie

Came in with my girlfriend to take food out with her family. Her family ended up taking the wrong order as the lady just gave them their receipt and put somebody’s else’s order infront of them. They accidentally took the wrong one and came back, and the ladies tried to blame them for taking the food infront of them instead of the food right next to the one infront of them. Most people would believe the bag you place infront would belong to them so I don’t see how her family is at fault. As we were waiting somebody broke something in the kitchen, which was enough to tell me the service this place had. Maybe it was a busy and stressful day, I don’t really care as long as my food is good. However, after the lady at the desk handed us our meal, she rudely says out loud “this is the right one” without looking directly at us. Well, she didn’t really hand it to us, she just placed it on the table and looked around the restaurant but us two. I guess she was rude towards us because we knew the people responsible for their accidental fiasco. It’s alright to make mistakes but blaming a simple misunderstanding on your customers is unprofessional and irresponsible. And as for the food, it was pretty decent at first, but it isn’t really anything great. I had ordered the nacho fries, and it was in a large amount to share between two people. I wouldn’t really recommend this place to others, but the food is good if you’re looking for a large amount of food and don’t really care about customer service.

Nice restaurant with good food. The employees were happy and accommodating. My only issue is we were next door for ties and decided to walk over for an early lunch and they were not open as advertised and the sign in the window showed. We did return and had a good lunch..
