Some of the food was ok, some of the food tasted like it was pulled out of a freezer and microwaved. Our server only did the bare minimum and quickly would walk away before we could ask for anything else. You can get better service at other El Rosal locations.

We had the best experience at our Riverbank El Rosal this week. My husband and one of our friends visited our local restaurant for dinner where we met our amazing server. She was very attentive and gave multiple suggestions for different items on the menu. Although we asked a lot of questions and took a little longer than most people to order, she always delivered a friendly comment and smiled throughout our entire visit.
