Drive thru this morning was very rude, wished her a better day and drove off and spent my money at Starbucks where customer service is better. Please don’t take your frustrations out on customers, especially at 9:30 am.

So I went into in and the person at the counter refused to serve me, directed me to the kisok, but no one was in store, asked if they could help but they said no, not even an option to wait, kinda ridiculous since I was the only person in the store

I went this morning to this location and the young lady that helped me was super nice and gave me time to look at the menu. I ordered a large drink and split it into two cups, and got two waffles as well. Usually the wait is long and I don't always get the best customer service at this location, but today was different. I was second in the drive thru once the car ahead of me left, I pulled up to the window, the young lady smiled at me and just a small gesture like that made my day and made my experience better. She informed me of a reward I had and asked me if I needed a extra bag or a cup holder I politely declined. I had my two toddlers in the car and as any parent knows it can get hectic but she was super patient and kind to me. Also offered me a Peanut butter or Nutella dip for the waffle I never they had. Great customer service Lyric, keep up the great work !

I made a pick up order this morning and was given great service by Mateo! He was very professional and gave exceptional menu advice. He was very kind and had my order ready for me upon arrival. Horrific waiting in the drive through for over 15 min. Workers rude and unapologetic. Cup messy and dirty with product and not even a hi at the window when collecting my tender.
It’s always been my favorite smoothie place. The staff is always amazing and the smoothies taste great!

The chunky strawberry bowl was delicious OMG and we also got the orange dream... my sons favorite if u like orange julius type drinks

Don't do an online order past 7pm because that's when there lobby closes. I had to go through drive through and wait in line still for my order. Paid 8$ for a warm, half melted drink!

litteraly the slowest jamba juice ever. 25 minutes for 1 smoothie?!? Like Seriously! They definitely prioritize the drive thru way too much. They also push every person to use the kiosk because they dont want to take the order.
