9/30 @ 8:33 pm. I came in 30 mins before closing, and was not greeted, nor "how can I help you." Customer service rated a 1. As a customer, a greeting goes a long ways. Another business that don't appreciate/value your business.
We've been regulars here for 10+ years. We've seen the restaurant before they remodeled it & when the AC wasn't working. So you know we've been going here forever. We've seen different employees working here. There was a period where some of the employees knew we were regulars so they'd give us discounts. The food is always great! Definitely way better than Ono. The new female employee that is currently working left a sour taste in our mouths...
