My go to at NLN is her smoothie bowls but I also enjoy her refreshing fruit teas. I often get them cold and they are very refreshing and give me enough energy to go through the day. Overall a 10/10 Nutrition Cafe. Would recommend after a workout or for those looking for something healthier to eat.
