A real authentic tamale taste and when you walk in you smell the fresh masa. The gentlemen showed us the masa and it is fresh , smelt heavenly . I got the red sauce tamales , every bite was just so pure and fresh , not preservative tasting , you can tell it's just so fresh . I didn't get pictures because I scarfed it down but if you are going through yelp for reviews, go get some fresh tamales , you won't regret it.

I came to the Farmer's Market specifically for this place. I walked down the right aisle, hit the end of the market, and then turned out to walk down the left aisle. No tamales to be found.Just as I was about to leave, I saw this stand with a very small hand-written sign attached to the front. Every other stand had a huge sign telling everyone within shouting distance who they were. Not this place.I moved in close enough to read the sign: Oaxacan Tamales. Found it! The woman there was very nice. Tamales were 3 for $10, or $6 for $20. That's $3 each either way, there's no difference in price.I bought 2 chicken and one pork. They were both outstanding!Looking at the posted photos, there was no huge colorful banner wrapped around the stand today.

Oh my god! These tamales are so delicious! I cannot tell you how much! I found at the farmers market in Modesto but unfortunately, it took me two years to realize that they're right here in Riverbank, in the Carl's Jr shopping center! And their a dollar cheaper.

Great vegan tamales! The Chile relleno tamale was huge and filling to boot. We get our tamales from here every Christmas-time so the whole family can partake in our tamale tradition.

Omg since about 2012 meeting Cesar at mall farmers market in Tracy. These tamales are the best ever pork are my wife and I favorite. Now I see Antonio, Cesar's brother at farmers market in Tracy downtown, delicious from being to end every morsel wrapped in banana leaf. See you soon guys this is Franco.

Chicken and pork, sure. But also black bean, chile relleno, colorado and another I've forgotten. Straight up authentic and excellent quality. Go here.

I’ve never tried tamales from Oaxaca before and I’m used to the traditional tamales with the corn husks but these ones came with banana leaves. I tried the pork, chicken, and jalapeño cheese. ALL OF THEM were DELICIOUS. Super moist and flavorful. My favorite was the jalapeño cheese. They all had a little kick but I love it! Cesar was super nice and his brother and both were welcoming! Really good peoples. I’d recommend ! I even put in an order for this Sunday for a dozen for my small get together and can’t wait to try the other ones I didn’t get! (I didn’t take a pic of the pork only a video but it won’t let me upload).
