Showed up just before 8pm and they were closed due to not being properly staffed. It's been an issu at this location since they opened. Also, if you come in within 2 hours of closing it is highly likely that you will get a watered down soup. Very unfortunate, given their steep prices on soups and sandwiches.

Amazing the bread is made with only 3 ingredients the way it should be and always fresh with no workers with attitudes that hate their life and take it out on the customers eating any other fast food flace besides Panera is dumbfounding

We ordered at this location Less than two weeks ago, and our order was completely wrong and the sandwiches weren’t what they were supposed to be. My wife called and talked to the manager, and he was nice and apologized and offered to replace the meal but to reference his name when we go back. My wife and daughter went back to get the replacement order but she had forgot what the manager’s name was. The worker named Alyssa (even though on the receipt, it said Christina) was Extremely rude and called my wife a liar she said “it’s our policy not to give managers names out and we never replace full orders.” Hopefully the owner sees this because if you look at your reviews, you guys have some issues… lots of 1 and 2 star experiences. Nobody wants to come in and get treated absolutely horrible and wrong orders and bad food when Panera is by no means cheap.

Update: I talked to Joe the general manager, who was extremely understanding and friendly. He acknowledged the issue and offered a solution that nobody else so far could do, So that was gratifying to hear. After speaking to Joe, we will go back again and hope for a better experience.

I tried so hard to like their coffee, it’s nasty every single time even with cream+ sugar+ whip cream, it taste like water, disgusting. Only 1 person can make it decent there don’t know what she does differently.

It was 54 dollars for 2 small bowls of sandwiches, less than 3 ounce each, and a salad. It’s not worth it and over priced. Don’t go there, it’s a rip off.
