It was 54 dollars for 2 small bowls of sandwiches, less than 3 ounce each, and a salad. It’s not worth it and over priced. Don’t go there, it’s a rip off.

Bruh, I know I could have canceled my order when I heard the price but $27 for a small grilled cheese, tomato soup, and mac and cheese is diabolical. The Mac and cheese was cold and watery, The sandwich was pretty good, made with nice salty American cheese.

Horrible service, we were the only one in line. Took forever to get just 2 simple breakfast sandwiches. When we asked about our order, the girl at the window wasn’t friendly, rather rude. I’ve never had such a bad customer service at Panera. I guess I’m going to take my business to somewhere else!
Didn't give us our drink, there are no table buzzers so you have to put in your phone number to sign up for things. Prices are restaurant style but food and service is just above fast food. Not worth going to.

Bought a bacon bread mac and cheese bowl at the kiosk, waited several minutes only to realize they had my order out without even calling my name. I was with my girlfriend and they called for her order, which is how I realize my food was out for who knows how long. After I got home, I realize they didn’t even add bacon to my bacon mac and cheese that I paid extra for, so I had to go back and ask them to add bacon, only for them to sprinkle a bit of bacon ontop. I requested more bacon for the inconvenience of having to go back and forth, but they said it would be extra. Can’t even make an exception for a mistake? I received no apologies for their mistake from any of staff working here about this issue. $16 for an overpriced bread bowl with little mac and even less bacon. TL;DR The food’s meh, poor service.

Day by day Panera seems going low with the service and quality serving. BLT avocado sandwich bread is disaster, can’t even chew. Seems no one monitoring the stores now a days! Google maps showing wrong location in same complex.
