I order a bacon avocado melt. The picture that they show. shows the bacon the avocado and the sourdough like four pieces of sourdough stacked up. I also order a cup of fruit and a drink And a cup of soup.When I open my sandwich I might as well have ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Two pieces of bread with hardly any bacon or avocado. I called the store and spoke to a manager named Alyssa, she didn't care what I had to say. Her answer was as long as the ingredients are in the sandwich, that is what matters it doesn't matter what the picture looks like. This is what customer service is about in this store. I will be voting with my feet I will never ever eat Panera again.Maybe the only customer that they will have will be Gavin newsom!!!!!!!

I have been coming to this Panera for some time now. Both the quality and consistency with which meals are served is outstanding! The service is impeccable. Staff and management are tremendously attentive to their customers's particular preferences! A shout out to manager Joe and staff member Yoselin who go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. The staff's smiles make the atmosphere both uplifting and welcoming. I am truly perplexed as to why this location has not received a 5 star review. Thank you Claribel Panera!

I have never been to a Panera bread, but my friend brought me when visiting with her. I liked the decor and layout of the business and the staff was polite. I got a half soup and half sandwich. The broccoli cheddar soup was so yummy. I enjoyed it and also got a half chicken salad sandwich. This was good but more average. The sourdough bread was soft, full, and not too sour. The chicken salad was okay. In its defense though I don't think chicken salad is too spiced up in general. Next time I will just try a different type of filling.

I have never been to a Panera where the food, breads, and other baked goods wasn't fresh and delicious. The restaurants are always clean and the service is excellent. This one in Riverbank is no exception. Highly recommended place to eat fresh healthy food and a sweet treat.

Now look I love Panera but avoid it on my mornings to work n dropping off kids cause the line is usually a lil time consuming. But when I tell you the cheee asparagus soufflé is worth it OOOOMMMMG. IM GOING TO BE LEAVING EARLY TO GEY ME ONE. SOGOOD

We do our lady's bible study here,we bring kids with us under 5 wish they had a playground for them,but place is good food always made how we order,coffee most of the time good,some days they don't make it as good.usually clean and because we come early in the morning its mostly empty.

The food was delicious. The floors were disgusting, the bathroom was just as filthy, and the tables were not clean. That being said there were 3 crickets in the dinning area. After $43 for 2 meals, I expect more from this brand! Will not be returning!

I always come here on my lunches, food is always ready on time, and it's always great. Service is good, drive thru cashiers are quick and nice. Sometimes it's a little wait on drive thru lines but it's like that anywhere you go. Drinks here are amazing im obsessed. A little pricey however you pay for what you get.
