I believe this food was the pinnacle of food. the service was brilliant! the young severs were excellent! eating here felt like zephyr on the zenith of the Swiss alps ?. Give these young people a raise! The Teriyaki Chicken was a spiffing coaster of flavors !! So good, would come here again.

If ye be cravin a feast fit for a pirate king, then set yer course for this fine establishment, where the teriyaki chicken plate is a treasure trove of flavor. Every time I drop anchor here, they serve up a bounty that's brimming with taste. The chicken, cooked to perfection, be bathed in a teriyaki sauce as rich and bold as the seven seas. The plate be loaded with such generous portions, it could satisfy even the hungriest of crews.

The atmosphere opens up when you first walk in to smell the fresh food being cooked.The staff are friendly if not professional to say the least.The food reminds me of anime style ramen. I have never had a bad dish, an I eat there alot!

Tried this little gem on a whim.. I heard some good things about this place. Excellent whim.. this place has excellent food. I ordered a to go order and it was ready on time and packed perfectly for a short drive.. I tried the chicken ramen and chicken, rice and vegetables. Awesome!! Great flavor .. ramen was loaded with good stuff .. not your moms top ramen! Really good. Can't wait to get back there to try a new dish!! Excellent food!
Two stars and not one because the meat tasted great. Other than that, it was a huge waste of money. Ordered a chicken bowl takeout and gave 20% tip up front. $20.00 total for one bowl. It took 25 minutes, staff was rude. I politely had to ask for a fork and spoon before leaving which was met with a deadpan stare. Terrible service - not a thank you or a smile or anything.Broth was so gross - totally bland. Zero flavor in the soup other than the meat itself.Terrible service.I won't be back.

This little gem is long overdue for my review.. recently relocated closer to Riverbank and found this place about two months ago... I think there was a stretch where we were going at least five times a week.. might've been a two week stretch.. place is wonderful.. food is fantastic.. Service is exceptional and extremely pleasant.. my love gets the same thing every time.. black garlic, ramen spicy.. I have three ramen that I try to fairly rotate through although I have to admit I do tend to play favorites with the black garlic as well.. I've tried a few of the Hawaiian barbecue options and they are on point.. do yourself a favor if you're in the area stop in and check the place out you won't be disappointed..

I live in Modesto, I usually go to that location however, I went to the Riverbank one and the food was really good. Also the food tasted a lot better than the Modesto branch. The bbq chicken was really moist and well cooked as well as the chicken katsu. The cooks are on point. Still love the Modesto branch but was shocked how much more I enjoyed the food.
