food and value are good but service isnt what it used to be and our feet stick to these nasty health violation carpets... seriously the manager should be embarrassed.

update: the reply to call or email is just a deception designed to make it look like they will make it right when they earn a bad review.. the email responded with pretty much the same reply, they did here with no offer to make it right despite wasting more of my time. Review dropped from two stars to one apparently corporate is just as horrible at customer service as their servers and managers

I went there for my grandmother's birthday. It was good but she said the waiters and waitress should dress more professional

I was hungry, and a good burger sounded like the way to go.
Guess I should have chosen a different place.
I ordered a burger with steak fries, pretzel bites for an appetizer, and a tall Blue Moon.
My pretzel bites weren't even served lukewarm.
When I brought it to the waitresses' attention, she seemed a little taken back.
Instead of making a fresh batch, they re-cooked the same bites.
When they brought out the burger, they gave me 14, count um, 14 steak fries. Now, they are endless fries. When they brought out more, they brought me a whole basket, and it was a different waitress that brought them out, and she just kind of slung them onto the table.
Wouldn't it make more sense to start with the basket.
The burger was not that impressive either, especially for what they charge.
They weren't that busy, and the waitress was not very attentive.
No surprise there, since that seems to be the norm now a days.
Will definitely consider stopping somewhere else next time I get a craving for a burger.

Haven’t been back to Red Robin in 6 months because of service and food. Might wait another 6 months just to give them another chance. Farmer boys and McDonalds is better.

Edit:
I emailed. Just don’t serve yesterday’s burgers and tell your staff to not disappear. Loss of sleep because of the upset stomach. Dr visit maybe. Looked like a staff social club in there. Wasn’t busy at all.

My sister and I ate at RR yesterday and our server Jessica was amazing! We had to sit in the bar because the restaurant was full, and we were lucky to get the last table in the bar. Despite it being absolutely packed in there, Jessica was super attentive and brought us refills when she noticed we were low. Our food was hot, well presented, and delicious (although the pineapple on the burger I had was undercooked and hard to chew). The burgers came out pretty quick after the appetizers, but we ordered enough food for leftovers, so I didn't mind that much. We didn't feel rushed and were left in peace to enjoy our meal without interruption, knowing Jessica was keeping watch and anticipating our needs. It was my last meal out of the house for 3 months as I'm having neck surgery next week, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Jessica!

Slow I guess. Bar area 2 people at counter and us seated in the dining tables of bar. Does this mean casual service?
1 employee just started, 30 minutes eating at a table, break time already? While our server seemed sincere, 2 others, no. Sour faces and no greeting OR "come again" as we leave. 2 time here. Both times FOOD GOOD! Customer 'care' if we return bad..

Have eaten here many times. I do not recommend eating on patio. The car wash across the street has blowers that go off constantly. It's kinda of funny at first, but get rough when trying g to hold conversation with friends. Foods good. Pick up orders are easy. They have allergy considerations. Will go again.
