their service is terrible, their chicken is slime and we had nobody come to our table more than twice, didn’t even get to go boxes just paid and left it’s NASTY!!

I was initially drawn in by the big yumm deal but I was extremely impressed by the service. Our server Hailey, she was very attentive and very quick. Our service was quick and awesome and I'll definitely be back OK. I haven't had that good of service in a long time.

My Fiancé and me went to Red Robin’s in Riverbank and it was a great experience. Are waiter Hailey was fantastic and always had are refills and bottomless fries .. I recommend this place for everyone looking for quality and reasonable prices

Had lunch with my son. I had the Royal Red Robin and added jalapenos to it. He had the pepperoni pizza. Great prices. I absolutely love the great decor in this restaurant. Fast and friendly service. Bottomless fries rock!

Food was relatively quick, tables are clean, servers could improve. If the place is empty dont sit me next to the kitchen. They only play boring womans sports on tv which is pretty boring, the tvs seem to be at the worst angle. I would come back. Food was good no issues. Parking was horrible. Veteran or service parking should be included

Walked in with 30 mins before they closed. Waitress came up to us and told us they don't sit anyone within 30 mins of closing. We were kind of shocked and thought she was joking because of her tone but she was very serious. I would never show up within 5 mins of closing and try to order a full meal, but 30 mins before is kind of crazy.

We were three in a company. We all ordered turkey burgers, two with fries one with salad and two cokes.. Most of you know at Red Robin fries are bottomless and so is the salad and the drinks. The food came at a reasonable time, but we had to wait continuously for fries .When the food came, we told the waitress that will be needing more fries just looking at six pieces of fries on the plates. We waited and waited until we were ready and all done with our sandwich. That’s when she brought the fries and at this point, the fries weren’t even hot. They had already come to room temperature. We had also asked for refills on the Coke. She never brought it when we were ready to leave. That’s when she came and said that if need be, she can put Coke in a Takeaway cups. We told her no thank you. they weren’t busy they were only a few people that she was serving. A redhead waitress and she was bringing food and refills on the other tables but just not our table I feel she was racist so guess what I gave her no tip on a $75 bill I gave her no tip. In my opinion, tips are given for good service. Here they couldn’t even provide the food that they advertise bottomless
