No communication. 3 families that came after us got their food before us. & when we went to ask I was ignored. Finally found out it hadn’t even been put it. We weren’t the only family that waited hours . The lady then just said I can give you a refund and that’s all I can do for you after waiting a hour for our food already. “And it won’t go in for 4-5 business days. That’s more then I could usually do anyways.”
