The food was great but the service was not good. One of the employees was asked the time that the place closed it was 8:42 and the establishment doesn't close till 9:30 the other employee tried to get the other (Peyton) girl working with him to take the order and Peyton ignored him and those customers walked out with no pizza. I went up for a to-go box and waited rang the bell like it says to and wasn't helped the guy who was cleaning the lobby came up and got me my box and the Peyton came up and started speaking rudely with the guy working with her. Telling him she wanted him to focus on cleaning the lobby because he runs behind you shouldn't say that to your employee where customers can hear the conversation.

Paid for two lunch buffets and asked for two drinks Alexander then gave us two cups. Without looking at the receipt putting it in the pocket $32.33 when filling our drinks a female employee approached us said those cups are for water only. Totally embarrassed we said we told him two drinks she said well you only paid for one. Truly Not our fault very bad customer service. She was very rude. We could have demanded our money & had gone somewhere else. Instead I think this was a much better way to express our horrible lunch experience at Riverbank Round table at 12:45 today.

went for the lunch buffet there was only two pizzas there took like 20 minutes for them to bring another pizza out the place was a mess looked like nobody knew how to clean up after customers after they left, salad bar was half missing hardly any thing to even make a salad plus the manager on duty had an attitude. I wish I had more time for lunch so that I could have gotten some fresh pizza instead of waiting on the staff to figure out what is going on, could have gone to Applebee's for a faster ,cheaper, and better tasting lunch on time and with people that appreciate their customers don't waste your money

Just amazing, you buy a salad and they charge you 1.59 for ranch dressing!! What the hell is going on that you sell an unlimited salad but you get no dressing unless you pay for it. I get that if you want it for your pizza but for a SALAD!

When you just got to have a pizza that's close by then grab round table. It is not a great or real pizza if you know what I mean. There are some really good pizza places around the area. But Round table is not one of them. It's just ok and convenient.

I like the food here, but the takeout/delivery is hit or miss. I ordered a gourmet veggie today and got chicken with veggies. In the past ive also ordered pepperoni and gotten all meat combo. I'd wish the quality control was better. They also didn't apply the special pricing on my order (the only reason I ordered a large instead of a medium) so I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
The staff here is lively and always friendly the wait time is also very minimal approximately 15 minutes or less typically would recommend

The pizza is MASSIVE the way the TAPER the seasoning on everything so that it doesn’t FADE is just amazing I can IMAGINE coming here every time I LOW key want a pizza this was just a CRAZY experience!!!
