Tonight when I was waiting on line for 10 minutes, one barista was working. She was working on multiple orders but never greeted me or the other family in line. I should give a zero star. It's a Tuesday super slow no one in line but me and my husband! Customer service is absolutely horrible. I just ordered a drink and forgot to mention my birthday pass, and when I mentioned it I got complete attitude for being forgetful of it? Not to mention the girl helping us had her hair everywhere very in presentable, no name tag of course, and a manager no where to be found. Ridiculous.

Went to go a surprise me drink from Starbucks this morning and was not disappointed! Thank you, Jordan for the delicious drink! It was a brown sugar oatmeal white mocha! Omg! Thank you! Thank you!
