So I’ve ordered from this location many times, and every time they over pack the boxes, and my ranch is tipped over, but this time I was missing things too, so I decided to write a review for management to get this location running better hopefully. Ordered to go and was missing one of my large order of carrots, and a 6 piece order of chicken wings. My large ranch was tilted on its side and leaked in the to go bag, so I lost most of it when I got home and they squeezed my 20 piece chicken wings in one box that the box actually melted. I ended up throwing it away because it had a plastic flavor. I tried calling the store, but it kept ringing and no one answered. Management needs to consider getting paper boxes instead of plastic to serve their fried food, also they need to talk to their employees about no more than 10 wings per box. They also need to discuss with the employees to check that everything the customer ordered is in the bag along with placing the ranch/dips properly in the bag so they don’t spill. Completely wasted almost $50 very disappointed.

This Wingstop went downhill big time. Used to be my favorite Wingstop, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back again. I would say they have a 25% chance of being good. It seems like almost every time I get it it’s either bland, soggy, chewy, or off tasting. Also found hair in food. Such a great waste of money for disappointing wings. Sucks because they can be great, but I’m not paying their prices to take that chance.

Honestly this is the first time I ever have to experience this. Recently i ordered this online, I don’t know if I received my order like this because it was late or the employees in general hate their job, my fries were uncooked, you can tell from the middle they are still cold, and my tenders were supposed to be lemon pepper, what is the yellow fluid? I don’t know I would like to know as well, the tenders were burnt

I don’t get why they put a time the food should be ready. You get there at the time the food was supposed to be ready and you still have to wait another 5-10 minutes.

Came in to order some hot honey wings, Jamal greeted us and was so helpful and shared with us that they had a 20 piece meal that was a great deal so we ended up getting that instead of the 12 piece we were originally going to get. He was so nice and we were I’ll definitely be going back! Thanks Jamal!

This was a horrible experience and last time I will come to this location. My boyfriend went to pick up an order I started at 8:09 pm a simple 8 piece order. My order was not ready until 9:15. The young lady with the braid was extremely rude and was ignoring us. We asked nicely when the order was going to be ready and continued to ignore and serve other people. I understand the late night busy days and was told it would take 10 minutes longer. People that ordered later than me got their order first. If someone is in person and asking politely I think it’s common sense to have the people in the establishment accommodated. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Really impressed with the young man who followed up on our order: Uriel. He was professional and provided exceptional customer service. There was a minor mixup on our order (not his fault) but he resolved it quickly and kindly. I was also impressed when it seemed he was the only one working up front how well he handled the pressure of greeting customers, processing food, and taking orders until his team member returned from break. If I still owned a business I would hire this kid.
