I don’t get why they put a time the food should be ready. You get there at the time the food was supposed to be ready and you still have to wait another 5-10 minutes.

Came in to order some hot honey wings, Jamal greeted us and was so helpful and shared with us that they had a 20 piece meal that was a great deal so we ended up getting that instead of the 12 piece we were originally going to get. He was so nice and we were I’ll definitely be going back! Thanks Jamal!

This was a horrible experience and last time I will come to this location. My boyfriend went to pick up an order I started at 8:09 pm a simple 8 piece order. My order was not ready until 9:15. The young lady with the braid was extremely rude and was ignoring us. We asked nicely when the order was going to be ready and continued to ignore and serve other people. I understand the late night busy days and was told it would take 10 minutes longer. People that ordered later than me got their order first. If someone is in person and asking politely I think it’s common sense to have the people in the establishment accommodated. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Really impressed with the young man who followed up on our order: Uriel. He was professional and provided exceptional customer service. There was a minor mixup on our order (not his fault) but he resolved it quickly and kindly. I was also impressed when it seemed he was the only one working up front how well he handled the pressure of greeting customers, processing food, and taking orders until his team member returned from break. If I still owned a business I would hire this kid.

I don't usually create reviews in the restaurants but this is just unacceptable. I ordered online last night to this riverbank store and they told us that they gave our order to other people and they can't do anything about it until I got mad with them because they tried to blame us for not coming in earlier on the pick up time. We came in late because we are taking care of our baby and we ordered wingstop because we know they close very late even if we came in after 2 or 3 hrs it's not our fault that you gave our order to a wrong person! Very rude manager! You have a pure bullshit manager trying to blame us even though it's your fault for giving our order to a wrong person! We paid for our food online and you just want us to accept that you can't do anything about it! God knows what happen and i know you will get what you deserve for doing bad things to other people! I will not order here again!

Last night May 17, I placed a order online for 20pcs wings worth $21.58 around 9:41 pm. I went to Wingstop Riverbank California to pick it up around 11pm. At first they said they don't have my order, I insisted to check on your computer because you guys charged my credit card and I have my confirmation/order number. Then they said someone already picked up my order and they can't do anything about it. I said no because you guys took my money then I want my order. They said just comeback tomorrow to talk to there general manager. They even put the blame on me because I am late. I even had to explain myself that I am taking care of my baby and you guys closing 1am that's why I am confident to placed my order and pick up late. It doesn't matter if I am late or not. Because I paid for that food. And also they are always late in preparing order in that store specially weekend they have a longer waiting time in the order.

Pretty nasty. Always getting cold food i dont recommend. Definitely not cooked to order. And they always soak the wings. Like who wants that. Your recipe shows tossed. You get them soaked. Nasty. Im not going here for a minute
