This place is always behind on the order. If you do a Mobil order expect to wait another 30 to 45 mins from the time they said your order will be ready.

Mike Tyson fight night was insane. There were probably 50+ people waiting inside and outside for online orders. They were over an hour behind on each order. They should have shut down online orders for the night.

The food was chewy and not seasoned well at all. Also did not put a paper towel separate the wings from the styrofoam box. The service was ok since I ordered it online. There was a lady in the bigger side working the counter. She ignored someone when they were asking for something. I also got 9 wings instead of 10. What’s up with that? Never ordering from this location again

Ordered a “30 piece” meal and the boneless selections were smaller than normal chicken nuggets. Obviously this photo is after the fam was digging in but these weren’t even the smallest pieces. I called and they said their packages vary for what they receive and they try to add extra sometimes if the pieces seem small.

I ordered 15 wing combo, totally un-eatable. I got dryrub Louisiana. And regular hot. Both types of wings were soaked in sauce and smelled like old dead bird.. fries were good, but I was so upset with the huge smelly wings. I usually eat at the wing stop in Modesto off Prescott Rd and they are good, but this is the 3rd time getting Riverbank wing stop, only to be disappointed.

3 stars because of the shorter than usual wait time (about 20 minutes), but I’m surprised they changed the size of the wings?! My boneless wings were about half the size of the wings I would get from the Modesto location (Standiford) and the corn was cold

I get a 45 min lunch. I pre-order and paid ahead for my food to be done at 2:30 pm. I get there at 2:35pm… my order isn’t done. I get it when it’s busy but I didn’t get my food until almost 30 minutes after the time I scheduled it to be done. My boneless wings were very small and didn’t have much seasonings as well as my fries. It sucked. I usually have no issue but if I pre planned everything and scheduled it right then it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. I tried to ask them how much longer when I saw a free moment with them because I didn’t want to spend my whole lunch waiting for it. I got snapped at for my name aggressively and then shrugged off. There was one guy that was decent who helped me and got me my food quickly at the end.

The location was busy, my brother and I had gone in on a Saturday. We ordered at 1:45 and sat down, the cashier had immediately walked up to my brother and me and said that my brother's ticket didn't print out and he needed the receipt and my brother emphasized for his order (a plain chicken sandwich with NO pickles) that there be no pickles, the cashier wrote it on the receipt. The ticket machine was having problems. The order came out 30 minute later with pickles and I went up there an explained the issue, a girl who I can only assume was the lead cook came up and began arguing with me saying "when people order plain they typically want pickles, and no where was it written on the ticket no pickles" the lead cook was rude, trying not to let me get a word in, and all it took was for me to point at the ticket that was just put down for me to see her face drop and go back to make another sandwich. I had asked if my ticket was back there and when I went up over an hour later it was not even up there, they offered to give me 10 boneless wings for the inconvenience and thankfully we both got our food and left, they gave my brother an extra order of fries for the inconvenience.
The cashier was overwhelmed, the kitchen is small, the lead cook is rude, the food is not that good, I will not be returning to wing stop, do not recommend this location, order ahead at other locations to save some pain.

This location sucks, everytime I come here it’s something either the girl at the counter who’s clueless losing my receipt and my order not being made or me waiting an hour on cold wings. General managers need to be held to a higher standard because they’re hiring and training is horrible.

Almost an hour wait. 55 minutes to make a 8 piece combo. Worst fast food experience I’ve had. Even went out of the way to go to a wingstop with better reviews. Do not go here, save your time and money, go to another location.

The food was ok, be the service was terrible they told us 18 mins wait which we were ok with but then 18 mins became a 45min wait and when we ask about our food they said they had barely put it down. Never coming to this location again

They close at midnight which is great for me. My food was ready to go when I got there and it was delicious. I got a large cajun corn with 10 boneless wings (lemon pepper and Korean BBQ). I've been here many other times and it's always been a good experience.

Made an order over the phone, 20pc bone-in with lemon pepper fries. Drove over 20 minutes back home and realized they only gave me 19 wings and I ordered 6 ranch, unfortunately one was a quarter of the way filled. I expect more after spending $48. Make sure to check your order before leaving. Good luck.
Always has terrible customer service. Food is alright, I guess.
