3 stars because I was genuinely disappointed in their jasmine milk tea. Usually folks use a green tea base but this must have been black. The black tea was bitter and overpowered the usually soothing jasmine taste. My sister really liked what she got (cant remember) and the service was great. Just don't get the jasmine milk tea

After trying boba milk and fruit teas in many shops, 7 Leaves comes out as one of the most authentic. They even have a kitchen in the back where they cook the taro and mung beans etc so that their taro milk tea doesn’t just come from a “powder” but from actual taro. I believe they even have a specialist in charge of quality control of their teas. All in all, they use authentic and high quality materials. It is totally worth the drive to find a 7 Leaves.

The girl working at the front this afternoon was super kind, helpful, made suggestions, and overall provided a great experience. Give her a raise! I’ve been going to 7 Leaves since their first location in Westminster and across OC so I’ve met a handful of employees.
