I love Afters and I want the quality of this place to remain high so that is why im going to share this review. It's been twice already in the last 6 months that I've gotten stale donuts when ordering a milky bun. Yesterday was truly so bad I ended up trashing it. The ice cream was good and the girls working were sweet but they really need to make sure they are not using old donuts.

The go to spot when we crave sweets. Employees certainly do have attitudes sometimes and will ignore Doordashers but the ice cream is still good and some employees are friendly.

This store is completely racist. I would never give them a penny of my money. Walked in with my dog they kicked me out, which is fine. I’m used to the dogs not being allowed, but when I walked in by myself is when I got treated even worse just because the color of my skin crazy little white girl in there cussing me out right when I walk in lol I must’ve been too beautiful too black who knows One thing for sure I’ll never give them my money

I stumbled across this place without really wanting dessert but the marquee caught my attention. After's doesn't have a large selection of flavors but it does differentiate itself by offering milkshakes that are made using the same ice cream flavors they serve in cones or single scoops. I ordered a milkshake and was not disappointed with what I received.
A bit pricey but there are some fun flavors here. We got the peppermint bark ice cream in a waffle cone and a coffee milkshake. The waffle cone was pretty tasteless but everything else was great!

If you are a woman or a different race, I do NOT recommend this Afters. A reason why is the employees' attitude. I'm not talking about all of them, only certain ones. Today I went to Afters with my family. Most of my family that went in were women. When we walked in, an employee was being very disrespectful and rude, making me and my family uncomfortable. They also got my order wrong. I don't know if I was being targeted or not. I didn't realize my order was wrong until later because I was in a rush and expected it to be done professionally, giving the 4.3 rating. I am also claustrophobic, and there was almost no space because of how crowded it was. Overall, I would say this is not the place to get food!

Well,my family and I went to this "afters ice cream" and we felt racially profiled. Why, you may ask, well, it was because there was this white lady and there were some high schoolers in the front of the door blocking the exit for people but she did nothing but when the line got shorter and we got in and took there spot she came practically running and screaming at us that it was a safety hazard so we went back out side and waited for more people to leave so we could get in but it did not end there, we let the people behind us go in front when it was our time, because my family and I didn't feal comfortable with her making our lce cream, and when we did that in retaliation she gave us a dirty gaze.Given that Afters Ice Cream is in collaboration with BTS, I expected a much more professional attitude. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the experience.
