Manager on duty this evening was so aggressive for no reason. She held my ice cream pretty low over the trash can so "gummy bears didn't fall," and when I asked her if she could remake it because I was afraid to eat it after it being so close to the trash she got pissed. Then when I tried to quietly tell her I have anxiety about it she just said "this is a one time thing since you can't help that you have anxiety" loudly for everyone in line to hear. Gonna lay in bed and cry now

my friends took my out on my last day of spring break cause the rest of it was pretty shit and i've been wanting to try afters for a while, definetly worth it. i recommend the ube brownie if you like taro. the workers were dope, and patient with me and my friends so thats a plus too, definetly coming back

Ice cream is great but the grouchy girl working the night shift brings a horrible vibe to everyone's night. She needs to be re-trained or fired. The other staff were helpful & fine but the one girl seems like she hates her life & takes it out on random customers. I want to end my night enjoying ice cream on a good note NOT listening to a grumpy 18 year old yell at everyone for simple tasks. Maybe she's a supervisor or lead on a power trip? None of the other staff attempted to put her in check.

Couldn't even get in through the door without attitude from an employee. Working all day and coming to enjoy myself here and I walk in to the staff hating their jobs. Please do some training on proper etiquette when talking to customers. Worst experience.

This store supposed to open at 2:00 pm on Monday but they make all the customers wait outside until 2:15 and they are still not opened. Apparently they didn’t prepare for anything yet.

Love cookie monster besides love that they don't do cash it's amazing that they are protecting their store from getting robed .definitely come try this place is clean the people who work here are so nice they def have great customer service everything organized the menu so simple to read prices are exact I just love this place I don't go no other place for ice cream if it's not afters loyal customer as well with my 4 kids and wife

The milky bun is 100% the way to go. I had it filled with their biscoff cookie ice cream and it was amazing. There was a long line but the workers got through everyone efficiently. The jnterior was clean but there was a lack of seating inside, luckily there is alot of seating outside.

The ice cream is top tier, the staff is not so much. It was our first time (not just here but to any Afters branch) and they were super busy so maybe that's why the girl that helped us was really grouchy, but I have a feeling that might just be her everyday college student employee vibe. I ordered the cookie butter ice cream in a waffle cone and he got a milky bun with milk and cereal ice cream and Afters flakes. Both were really tasty; good quality products.
Extremely expensive. I had a rootbeer float. Bad choice of root beer. Ice cream was just soso. Overpriced overrated. I would have saved a ton of money buying a bottle of A.W. and some blue bunny icecream.

How can you complain about ice cream. We love the mochi!!!!! Love all the flavor they have had!! Also the dark matter is the worst enemy since it's all black and leaves your tongue blue and it stains. You see it when you do number 2. They do add a lot of food coloring in that one. Makes your teeth green. Cookie butter is the ultimate winner !!!! I recommend to anyone who wants to impress a girl !

First time coming to this place and I wasn't disappointed. I had the milky bun with an ice cream of my choice (I honestly don't know the name of the ice cream but it was good). I didn't understand the concept at first so I had to ask why they were serving my treat in a paper sandwich bag. They explained that it is like an ice cream sandwich with a warmed glazed donut and ice cream scoop inside. When I tell you this was delish, it's not hyperbole. I licked the darn paper and I was full. That thang was my lunch and dinner and I ain't mad at these folks either for robbing me of my need for "real" food. Try it and you'll love it. So sad they don't have an Afters upstate.
