Alberto's Mexican Food

Took 1 hr for some carne asada fries terrible service don't come here and the food was super old and not tasty not worth the time or money. God bless you guys

Their food is good. My complaint is the cook put enchilada sauce on chili relleno so terrible tasting

First time coming to this Alberto’s I’ve been to a couple of them. The cashier did. The drive-through was very rude. I was asking for things regarding my order. They overcharged me on cilantro and onions when I went up to the window give the cashier my card. I asked him for him to repeat the order just to make sure it was correct. Said I was being rude. Continuously argued with me refuse to give me my drink. Had to tap on the window still wouldn’t give me my drink completely ignored me. I was waiting for my food generally when you pay the cashier through a drive-through, they’re supposed to give you a drink and your receipt. He intentionally overcharged me. Apparently the gentleman’s name was Alex. Horrible customer service continue to argue with me in the store in front of his coworker. I asked to speak to the manager, said he wasn’t there.

I ordered the shrimp burrito, thinking it was the same as in LA, big mistake. It was just tortilla, shrimp with shredded lettuce salad with dressing. If I wanted salad I would have ordered a salad and for the price was not worth it. I couldn’t eat it because the dressing overpowered the shrimp flavor.

This restaurant Is HORRIBLE THEY SUCK AT THERE JOB AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP AND THERE FOOD SUCKS.

Drive thru person was really rude because of my spicy food allergies I don’t recommend this spot to any one !!

This is by far the nastiest Alberto's I've been to. There are roaches in the restaurant. The owner let's homeless drug addicts hang out inside. I told the owner how one of them was bothering my son and he did NOTHING about it!!!! Don't ever go here not recommended!!!

Good, convenient food. Tastes fresh at this location. I especially live the shrimp burrito, but they have a ton of other options, too. I've never had to wait long. Really nothing for me to complain about here. Absolutely love it.

It is hit and miss with different Albertos. The one in Riverside on Van Buren. Was just "ok" I got taquitos and a side of rice. Taquitos were over cooked and quacamole old. Yuck. The side of rice ( one scoop) was $5.00 very over priced!! Save your money!

I guess it was pretty clean but it feels a little dirty in the Drive-Thru. I had the Al pastor burrito and it was good. Guacamole is spicy which doesn't work for me but that's my personal opinion. Overall I think they do a good job and I would definitely eat there again. Five-Star food has to be exceptional

Owner is an A- hole would NOT take our service BECAUSE we just came from the water park and OUR money was WET!!!! This is the WORST customer service EVER and this dumb kid on the register talking about... That be is the Owner... Come on NOW!!!! Don't come here!!!
