Service was pretty slow—took a while just to place the order, and getting the food took even longer. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t very fresh this time. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not the best experience.
Horrible food with no flavor at all. Tacitos tasted like nothing and the guacamole wasn't even guacamole. Rice wasn't cooked and tastes like nothing. Bathroom is disgusting

Service was good , I was greeted by a young lady took my order and dint have to wait long but the restrooms are not in good condition. The restroom are for customer only so I expected them to be clean , they smell so bad like sewage and there is no soap, they are not clean at all.

Alberto's is usually one of the best fast food Mexican restaurants. Not this one. Rolled tacos were average. Very little cheese. "Guacamole was packaged, not fresh made. Rice was nothing special. Very disappointing. I couldn't even finish the meal.

I paid almost $9 for three tacos and these tacos have no meat in them. Why do they got to be so stingy? I ordered a bean and cheese burrito yesterday and the cheese wasn't even melted. This place does not care about serving quality food.
