Decided to give Amy’s Cafe a try on a Tuesday morning. I didn’t know what a treat I was in for. Walking in, the classic diner atmosphere is comforting. Upon closer look, there are treats and hints of personality everywhere. The service was wonderful, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. The food was DELICIOUS! Seriously the best diner food I’ve had, much better than the mainstream diner competition. You have to go to Amy’s Cafe.

Honestly, it was exactly what I needed when I needed it. Pulled up to a bar at a classic diner style breakfast joint. Coffee, side of bacon, piece of toast, quick service, and a refill before I knew it. Paid up, quick smiles, fast food, crispy bacon. What the hell else would I need?
Parking lot kinda sucks, but other than that, I'm keeping it on my quick list in Riverside when I need a morning bite.

My family, friends, clients and I will never step in this restaurant again. Not because the order wasn't done properly, because we asked only for a discount and with the inconvenience already done the waitress insisted returning the food that wasn't going to happen. Horrible service and we'll go spend a lot of our money at IHOP.

This place has really went down hill. Service was slow and inconsistent. No tp in restroom. Wasn't even busy. We were so disappointed 😞

Nice looking place. The staff were kind of busy and not very attentive. Pancakes were ok everything else had no seasoning. Maybe we'll try again.

Visiting my father in Riverside and this place had really good reviews so we decided to try it. Unfortunately I would not come back or recommend this place. We spent 140$ only to feel like we were a bother or weren’t accepted in their establishment. They have excessive price gauging. For example additional 2 eggs was $5.90 and then for them to be hard boiled (the same eggs) was an additional $1.90. Which is crazy. When the guy reviewed the order, he went over it extremely fast, and seemed very unpleasant. All of the staff had dismissive attitudes as if they didn’t want our business. Had I not called in prior I would’ve went somewhere else. I wish I could leave 0 starts because the overall experience was underwhelming. Be nice to all people that enter your establishment, and in a customer facing industry, find people that enjoy their job. Even the main lady acted as if my question to her was too much. Just a very unpleasant place. Don’t go.
