Lured me in with deceiving ads and signage. First off, the door to enter is not propped open to avoid spreading germs but I'm starving at this point and hoping there's sanitizer inside for me to disinfect. no masks on the 2 cooks and ~50% of the menu is "sold out" .. this should've been my signal to leave but I was hungry and invested.. After ordering, touching the screen to sign, I looked around for sanitizer and asked if there was anything. The cashier looked surprised and annoyed i even asked and upon expressing frustration, finally showed me his empty bottle that apparent they finished up this morning. I had to beg to be able to use a squirt. When I finally get my food, the cashier approaches me outside the counter to hand me the bag and ketchup packets (no gloves) at which point I had to ask him to place it on the table so I can pick up when he steps away.. again annoyed and surprised.. I'm sure you can tell by now - the food didn't make up for the experience. Lettuce was wilted and yellow, dry meat and no seasoning. Normally fries save the experience but they too were half cooked and soggy. An absolute waste of $14 .. ended up trashing the entire meal.. Needless to say I'm calling the health department next. Stay away people

Food was cold and staff was barely civil. Owner followed up and asked for specific information about shift and time to address problems with employees. I can't ask for more then that.

Although I like the food. I witnessed a young man an 6:22 pm the only male working take off his gloves to take order. Deliver food to tables. Come in from outside touching front door. Did NOT wash hands or sanitize. To go get food from counter to deliver food back outside. Got ranch sauce from a drawer. Still NOT wash hands. Then go back to kitchen didn't wash hands to start assembly food. He put gloves on only. I support mom and pop shops/restaurants. But please have & speak to employees wash hands after delivery food and back forth touching things in building

I got the gluten free chicken sandwich with grilled onions and mushrooms. Very tasty and fast pick up!

Great Food PERIOD. With all that is going on it is hard to find a decent meal let alone one that is hot when you get it. I have never been let down here. I always get the Aloha Burger its a good choice if you don't want to build your own. My wife normally gets the Strip burger but she ordered the Chicken Kabob plate to go this time and it was tasty! And Burgers take pride in what they do and it shows. -Drew

The food was good. We ordered 2 Burning Sensation burgers, a kid's cheeseburger, Chicken Tikka Masala fries, and Paneer Tikka Masala fries. The flavors were good, just more sweet than savory. I wish the fries were fried longer. They were undercooked. A nice crunch on them and fluffier cooked insides would've been nice since they were going to be covered up in specialty sauces. Huge let down with the fries. Overall, the flavors were good. Although, I don't think we'll be ordering from them again. As I said, their flavors are more sweet than savory. Not what we were looking for.

My boyfriend and I visited earlier today since we were craving salad and a burger. We haven't been to this place before so we decided to try it. The workers were nice but as my food was being made I realized the 1 cook wasn't wearing a mask, as well as the cashier. When the cook brought our food up to the counter and prepared the togo bag, I then realized she was only wearing one glove on her right hand. Since I ordered a salad, all of the ingredients needed to be placed in the box and they all needed to be chopped-which leaves me wondering which hand was my food touching as she was chopping the ingredients? Very suspicious and during a pandemic, food suppliers should be reliable and I shouldn't be scared to eat their food.

Im so so glad that I found this place. One of the best burgers that ive had and completely vegan. Its hard to find a good vegan burger and this one was hands down AMAZING. 10/10.

Hubby and I both had the Mediterranean chicken kabobs meal today... it was delicious!!
The wait was a little longer than at a fast food place, but they're making things fresh, so it's worth it! The onion rings are absolutely perfect: a good balance of onion and batter, crispy without being burnt, and not oily. It's well worth the visit.

When you pay 15.99 for a burger combo I would expect a "wow this is amazing" but no it was an overpriced basic burger. The fries I could say were crisp and fresh. Most likely wouldnt return.

My family and I are regulars here and we love it. My husband always gets the burning sensation and I love the chicken fajita bowl. We've had a lot of different things from the menu over the few years it's been open, and everything has been delicious! The kitchen has also become so much more efficient recently, so orders come quick

Really good burgers! I had the lettuce wrapped burger, kids split a burger and hubby had the chicken sandwich. He said the chipotle aioli was amazing! Lots of flavor! Fries were fresh and crispy. Had a similar flavor to In and Out without the mass production feel of in and out. Inside was very clean and cutley decorated. Owner was very nice and welcoming! This family will be back!!!!
