Had the draft latte, oatmeal cookie which they offered to warm up, and a kids hot chocolate. Cookie was excellent. Kids hot chocolate was a good size and served at the perfect drinkable temperature. Would get a different coffee next time as this was a little on the sweet side for me.
Kid-friendliness: Awesome kids hot chocolate.

We ordered a Sammie to go and some coffee. Coffee was to my liking, the sandwiches were pretty big so we could've probably split it. Very nice bright space, baristas were friendly. I would go here again for coffee to go and sandwich if I'm going to dine in.

Best coffee IMHO. Staff is always friendly!
GREAT coffee, my neighborhood place to sit down with a cappuccino and read a while. Wonderful staff, zero attitude, rare for an upscale coffee shop. Suggestions though: 1) Express line for drinks, pastries, beans, etc, and 2) Theyve gotten away from their “Frenchy” pastries— gallettes, Danishes, croissants, etc, and mostly have scones and muffins, at least when I come by. They’re still good, but I miss the other stuff.

Arcade one of my favorite coffee shops of all time!
Disappointed me today at the bake house location.
Line is forever long and no sense of urgency.
They need to get two people taking orders to help speed up the line. I was in line outside for about 15 mins before getting inside to wait another 20 mins before even ordering a drink. Sigh.

In the 2 years I've been around - always bad service. I specifically ask for coffee to be served in a cap (“here”), but I still get it in a paper cup every other time. Coffee is drinkable but only because there is no alternatives around.

This used to be our go to spot with amazing food and now they changed their menu completely. We brought family and were so sad and disappointed. We used to order their brekky sammy which had a homemade biscuit, sunny side up egg and sausage with an outstanding sauce, now their Brekky Sammy “2.0” is a really buttery bread with bacon and some egg mixture that was soooo greasy. I couldn’t even finish it. The whole environment and vibe is depressing. I really hope they go back to what they had before, but we probably will never go back to try it again unfortunately.

After a chiropractor visit next door, I stopped by for a quick lunch and drink. The online menu isn't up-to-date, so I'd suggest waiting to decide what to eat until you're there. I opted for the veggie sandwich, and it was delicious! I also tried a dirty chai, which was fantastic. My brother and sister in-law tried some other delicious meat sandwiches! The service was friendly, and the place was spotless, including the bathrooms. Overall, a great experience!

The options are quite decent for true coffee lovers but the prices are absurd. Ordered a small carrot cake latte with almond milk and it cost me about $9. Granted it’s a specialty drink but that is the cost of a meal for lunch. I think they are able to get away with egregious rates because of the lack of competition in the area. I would rather pay $5 for a latte and tip the barista. I came the other day and got two flavored lattes (non-specialty) and I spent the same. $16+ … price gouging in its prime. I hope the baristas are paid VERY well to make sense of it.
The carrot cake latte has chunkies in it like a bowl of cereal milk.
