Ashley Catering did an AWESOME job with catering my son's Celebration of Life reception. The guests were overly suprised about the quaility and presentation of the food. They made comment after comment on their favorites, BBQ Chicken, Brisket, and the BBQ Ribs! My family are particular of their meats. The commented on the tenderness and flavor. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Philip was very easy to work with, answered my questions and made sure I understood everything.
