The manger has terrible customer service skills, didn’t want to give me the corporate number, wanted to charge me extra for a lager fries when the gave me the wrong size and then called the police on me and my family when I came inside to ask for the corporate number and my brother wanted a refund for the food, he told my brother he wasn’t going to give him a refund till I left the store which makes no sense since my brother paid for the food and I was in there to get the phone number he’s very unprofessional and shouldn’t be a manger at all and this was a $60 order I will never give this place any money of mine again and making sure I tell all my family and friends never to stop there again and we normally go at least once a week if not more

These kiosk are a joke!!! What happened to customer service now you're expecting me to order my own food how about reducing your prices? If I have to do the cashier's job definitely will not go into a baker's again just in the Drive-Thru very disappointed in bakers the manager or the staff was very rude when I asked for help because the kiosk was malfunctioning and was difficult to navigate ridiculous have a few cashiers!! Super empty inside because of the kiosk I bet LOL avoided

They must of changed the meat since last time I been there. I got a meat burrito n it tasted like the meat was burnt. I checked it n it wasn't Terrible taste I couldn't eat it. The fries were amazing as always!!!
