Stopped here when I got off work made a big order asked to come In and use the restroom and was treated so racist due to me being black Some Hispanics really don’t get how they degrade black people but y’all not to far from one . Especially if we look at what’s going on today It was just terrible the manager I’m from Virginia and that’s all I see here in cali is discrimination toward black Funny thing is my mom is Cuban and dad is black

I had a very disturbing experience today. When walking up to the door it was locked. A customer had to let us in. We were later informed that the doors were locked to keep homeless people out and that they only let in people they know can pay. When a man came to the door we were yelled at not to open it. I asked if I paid for his food if he could come in and they said no. I asked for a refund for my order. The lady was very rude, ignoring me when I asked for a refund. It took me asking a few times for lady to come over. When I asked nicely if corporate approved this I was told that she did not have to answer. I have been coming here for 15 years every other week. Never again.

They menu has changed since the last time I was there. This location had really bad service it took a very long time to get my order over 10 minutes. The store had like 4 homeless people kinda hanging out 1 guy had a portable speaker blasting music people that haf sat down got up and left. I took my order to go. I will not return to this location ever. Beware

I like going there. It's quiet. I go every afternoon before I go to work.
My brother is blind and he was standing in front of the counter and I was on video with him and no one helped him or even talked to him. He was calling out to the two workers who were right there and neither of them acknowledged him. That was the worst customer service I ever seen in all my life. What a shame how some people treat handicapped people.

By far the best BRC burrito I’ve ever had I highly recommend it and give it a rating of 10+. I recommend it to everyone friends and family we all enjoy our Baker’s here in Riverside and such good service and good menu choices. Good job Baker’s

This location is a disaster. Hadn't been there for over 2 years due to poor service. Went back recently and once again they failed to deliver. Make certain to check your bag and confirm that what you ordered will be within. One would think that the employees would make the effort to ensure your order is correct and given to you in a timely fashion, but alas despite being payed $20 an hour that isn't the case. Buyer beware.

10/13 @1430. Bought a family meal while going through the drive-thru, got home, missing the 4 tacos. Family wishes we had the food but not worth the drive, the gas, and then rest of food being cold.
