Our experience with the store in Riverside on Tyler was 100% excellent. Mr Ash and Blanca are the best people, very friendly and helpful. The ice cream is tasty and they have amazing ice cream cake offerings for birthdays and special occasions. We recommend them highly.

I’ve been coming to this Baskin-Robbins for a few years now. The service is always great, and the ice cream quality never disappoints, definitely what keeps me coming back. Sometimes the floors can be a little sticky and the trash bins get full, but it’s not all the time, and it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Great spot if you’re craving something sweet.

Came to grab some ice cream. Walked in and NO EMPLOYEE PRESENT. I stood there for about 6 minutes and still NO EMPLOYEE. No one came out to take are order. So we walked out. Heading to Dairy Queen where they have employees to take are orders.

This place is 10/10 !!! Idk how people think this place is bad it’s not at all !! I got graded right away, I understand sometimes it can busy and I have patience to wait, the iced caramel coffee so delightful !! I love it so much I always get extra caramel I’m fine paying whatever price is I jus love how they make it !!! The employees looks so serious but they are friendly they alredy know my order every time I walk in I love it here !!
